Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing Bitizenship’s external relationships, marketing strategy, and brand communications. Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Affiliates

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with crypto podcasts, influencers, and publications.
  • Build and scale an affiliate program to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and key media outlets in crypto, tech, and finance.
  • Secure press coverage, interviews, and thought leadership opportunities for founders.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and communication assets.

Marketing Oversight

  • Oversee the digital marketing team’s paid and organic campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize for growth.
  • Collaborate with designers on websites, landing pages, and brand assets.

Content & Media Management

  • Coordinate podcast guest scheduling for the founders.
  • Manage video content production, editing, and distribution.

Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, PR, partnerships, or communications (web3 or financial background preferred).
