- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends;

Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Marketing Manager at Village Maternity. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media channels, developing email campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build out marketing strategy to grow DTC busines
- Create and maintain marketing calendar
- Develop email marketing strategies to support marketing campaigns including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and CRM goals such as customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee all elements of email campaign development to include database segmentation, copywriting, design, build, testing/QA and deployment of dynamic triggered (automated programs) and batch emails
- Analyze email performance, A/B testing results, KPIs including engagement and sales metrics, and leverage learnings to inform campaign planning and optimization
- Successfully integrate social media, brand initiatives/values, and key event content into the web content marketing strategy
Experience:
- Develop successful marketing strategies
- 5+ years of experience creating email marketing campaigns that increase acquisition and conversion in Klaviyo or another email marketing platform
- 3+ years of eCommerce, category management, site merchandising, and/or digital marketing experience (Shopify specific a plus) and experience utilizing Google Analytics to collect, analyze and share site performance
- Experience running social media, content creation, SEO
- Experience managing Affiliate and ad agencies

**About the role**
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing specialized support to programmatic accounts of clients across industries, owning programmatic media strategy, adoption and acceleration across assigned accounts, with the goal to develop and execute business plans to drive customer and business growth.
Responsibilities
● Grow relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and agency teams, building relationships with digital media decision makers, to understand their core business objectives. Identify opportunities and deliver solutions that leverage programmatic media tools.
● Develop joint strategies that drive display and video investments, optimizing internal resources across cross-functional areas to develop sales approaches, customized narratives, and provide product development feedback.
● Build knowledge of the programmatic landscape, and serve as a thought leader to clients around the evolving advertising landscape and programmatic opportunities.
● Provide detailed account analysis to ensure that advertisers are exceeding performance goals.
● Own platform training, media planning, and execution of Display, third-party Video, YouTube,and CTV campaigns.
● Educate clients around the changing privacy landscape, ensuring clients are set up for success now and in the future.
Required experience:
● Min 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations (Content / Campaign Management / Optimization).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent English + C1 Level French) with top tier Multitasking and Analytical skills.
