Procuramos um(a) Especialista em SEO & Web Analytics para reforçar a equipa e garantir que as nossas soluções digitais seguem as melhores práticas de otimização para motores de busca. Esta posição exige um perfil analítico e orientado para resultados, com experiência na configuração de ferramentas de monitorização, análise de tráfego orgânico e implementação de estratégias de SEO técnico.

Sobre o candidato

Deve ter conhecimento aprofundado das principais ferramentas de SEO e análise digital, sendo capaz de interpretar dados para otimização contínua da performance dos websites, com um foco especial em Programmatic SEO (pSEO) , SEO técnico para LLMs (Large Language Models) e estratégias avançadas de SEO.

Responsabilidades

• Implementação e gestão de estratégias de SEO técnico , incluindo otimização da indexação, estrutura do website e performance
• Configuração e utilização de ferramentas de análise e monitorização , como Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Semrush e Ahrefs
• Desenvolvimento e implementação de SEO programático (pSEO) para escalar a criação e otimização de conteúdos
• Otimização de conteúdos para motores de busca baseados em IA (LLMs e SGE) e adaptação a novas tendências de pesquisa
• Análise e melhoria do perfil de backlinks , garantindo estratégias eficazes de link building e desautorização de links prejudiciais
• Definição de estratégias de palavras-chave , clusters semânticos e monitorização de posicionamento nos motores de busca
• Criação de relatórios detalhados sobre tráfego, indexação, conversões e concorrência , transformando dados em insights estratégicos
• Aplicação de boas práticas de SEO local , schema markup e otimização para rich snippets e featured snippets
• Automatização e estruturação de SEO escalável , garantindo a eficiência na criação e gestão de landing pages otimizadas
• Acompanhamento de atualizações de algoritmos e adaptação contínua das estratégias para garantir melhores resultados

Requisitos

• Experiência mínima de 2 anos em SEO técnico, SEO programático e análise de dados web
• Conhecimento avançado de Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Semrush, Ahrefs e PageSpeed Insights
• Experiência comprovada em SEO On-Page e Off-Page, análise de backlinks e otimização de conteúdos
• Conhecimento sólido sobre SEO para LLMs e motores de busca baseados em IA
• Capacidade analítica e experiência na criação de relatórios de desempenho detalhados
• Experiência em Google Tag Manager para configuração avançada de tracking
• Familiaridade com schema markup e structured data
• Conhecimento das diretrizes de E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) e Google Helpful Content Update
• Experiência na implementação de estratégias de SEO escalável para grandes volumes de páginas

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models tailored to CRM and platform contexts.
• Design and deploy models for retention use cases, anomaly detection, regression analysis, and other predictive analytics tasks.
• Create and manage automated data pipelines for efficient data processing and model deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into existing systems and workflows.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a focus on CRM and platform-based solutions.

• Strong proficiency in developing machine learning models, particularly for retention use cases, anomaly detection, and regression analysis.

• Experience with pipeline automation and data flow monitoring.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and machine learning tasks.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, preferably within the Azure ecosystem.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex data-driven projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

• Experience with CRM platforms and customer data analytics is an advantage.

• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.

Lead the Data Team in Portugal, shaping intelligent systems across brands and markets. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving machine learning strategy and unlocking business value in scale up environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the long-term roadmap for ML and data science, ensuring alignment with company goals, ethical AI practices, and scalable solutions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers, fostering innovation and experimentation.
• Oversee recommender systems, demand forecasting, marketing ROI models, customer lifetime value, churn/reactivation prediction, and segmentation frameworks.
• Evaluate and implement LLMs and other generative AI solutions to enhance internal and customer-facing processes.
• Lead design and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, promoting data-driven decision-making.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical work into measurable outcomes.
