We are looking for a Scrum master for a project based in Lisbon (Hybrid).

SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• Solid experience as a ScrumMaster in an international context;
• Strong peopleskills;
• Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coachingteams and team building;
• Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops;
• You feel at home in an agile environment and have excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban and ideally the Safe framework;

• As a Scrum Master you live and breathe agile principles. Through these, have the focus to help build high-performing teams, be the Servant Leader they need and enable their road to success.
• Ensure that Scrum and other relevant methods are understood and coach them. Organize and facilitate the Scrum Ceremonies and Workshops inside and outside the Agile Teams
