As a Sales Associate you will inspire our customers, deliver an excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards on our shop floor.

Position Summary
You’ll play a key role in supporting commercial success for international order management and logistics operations. You’ll coordinate shipments, resolve customer and sales inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. You will be a key point of contact for both internal and external customers to fulfill orders and successfully manage all activities related to order management. You must also be able to work independently to effectively manage time sensitive priorities. You’ll multi-task using several systems and the telephone line simultaneously daily.
Essential Functions
- Manage and respond to order-related inquiries from customers and sales teams
- Coordinate with Distribution Centers and freight forwarders for timely shipments
- Resolve complex order and delivery issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Monitor shipments, backlogs, and update stakeholders on delivery status
- Support inventory allocation and backorder prioritization with cross-functional teams
- Generate reports to provide insights on open orders and revenue
- Process custom, warranty, return, and correction orders as needed
- Maintain shipment logs and escalate carrier issues when necessary
- Represent the company professionally and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We Need
Education, Experience and Eligibility:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives
- Must be legally eligible to work in EU and able to travel internationally
- Fully bi-lingual English and Spanish native or fluency (C2 min)
- Must be available for flexible hourly shifts to support teams across POR / US time zones (12-20)
General Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all levels.
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Salesforce and Agile preferable.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite incl Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (C2+), additional European languages, beneficial.
- Accurate and timely execution with a solution-based approach.
- Multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues.
- Adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
- Versatility, attention to detail, organisational skills, and team-work spirit.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and morally demonstrating cultural awareness, always.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to optimise processes and improve systems

Na Arthrex, estamos à procura de Enfermeiros/as com experiência no bloco operatório ou áreas similares, uma forte paixão pela ortopedia para integrar a nossa equipa como Associate Sales Representative.
Se tens interesse em aprofundar os teus conhecimentos sobre dispositivos médicos e gostarias de fazer a diferença no apoio técnico a cirurgiões no bloco operatório, esta pode ser a oportunidade ideal para ti!
O que vais fazer:
• Prestar apoio técnico especializado a cirurgiões e equipas do bloco operatório, garantindo a utilização eficaz dos nossos implantes e instrumentais;
• Acompanhar procedimentos cirúrgicos, fornecendo assistência técnica e ajudando na introdução de novas tecnologias;
• Cultivar relações de confiança com as equipas médicas, compreendendo as suas necessidades e desafios;
• Desenvolver um conhecimento aprofundado sobre técnicas cirúrgicas e dispositivos médicos na área da ortopedia e traumatologia;
• Contribuir para a formação e atualização técnica dos profissionais de saúde sobre os produtos da Arthrex.
O que procuramos:
• Enfermeiros com experiência no bloco operatório, preferencialmente em ortopedia, ou áreas similares;
• Experiência profissional prévia é valorizada, mas não obrigatória, procuramos pessoas motivadas e com vontade de aprender;
• Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
• Organização e capacidade de gestão do tempo;
• Carta de condução e disponibilidade para viajar;
• Conhecimentos de inglês (nível C1 falado e escrito) são valorizados.
