**A NTT DATA Portugal procura** **um Legal & Compliance Specialist** **para integrar a equipa de** **Legal** **.**
Esta função reporta ao _Head of Legal_ e tem como missão garantir que todas as decisões da empresa são suportadas legalmente. Assumirá as principais responsabilidades:
+ Dar apoio na resposta na análise às dúvidas colocadas pelos vários _stakeholders_ , apoiando diretamente os membros da Equipa Executiva sendo capaz de comunicar eficazmente os resultados das análises e apresentar as respetivas recomendações;
+ Gerir e manter a caixa do correio da Área de Legal.
+ Elaborar documentos necessários, redigir e rever minutas;
+ Acompanhar prazos e dar seguimento para os Advogados;
+ Dar formação e suporte às equipas internas para a adoção de novos processos, e, caso necessário apoiar na produção dos respetivos conteúdos;
+ Operacionalizar a implementação de novas práticas que promovam a otimização e eficiência de processos, em colaboração com as diferentes equipas locais e globais.
