What you need to join us:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar;

- +4 years of experience working as a Product Owner;

- Knowledge of product's full cycle;

- Experience in Portuguese banking market;

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.);

- Experience in product management tools;

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades :

• Definir a visão e roadmap do produto
• Criar e gerir o product backlog
• Priorizar funcionalidades com base em feedback de clientes e objetivos de negócio
• Elaborar e redigir user stories
• Realizar análise funcional e definir testes
• Participar no planeamento e retrospectivas de sprint

Requisitos obrigatórios :

Your Role

The role of Lead Product Owner will involve:

• Analyze status quo, evaluate business requirements and develop a strategy for the further enabling international roll-out of the marketplace, align it with global stakeholders from different Headquarter departments and countries, derive and implement the roadmap for executing this strategy
• Steer the marketplace development team in close alignment with the Head of Marketplace
• Stay aligned with head of marketplace regarding feature priorities, product strategy and technology roadmap.
• Design and setup processes as well as an organizational structure that enables the roadmap execution
• Lead and drive the development in the transaction and onboarding team to enable a one in a kind premium consumer experience in an omnichannel environment as well as leading other ecommerce/marketplace product owners to enable a cohesive solution and consumer experience
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces for B2B2C and D2C platforms based on latest trends in e-Commerce, UX and frontend technologies aiming to be best in class for the eyewear industry. Responsibility includes leading the implementation of entire journeys, new features and feature sets, that improve user experience and drive conversion within the given time frame
• Work closely/collaborate with cross functional teams including UI/UX designers, developers and QA team, to ensure quality of frontend features
• Coordinate with external Stakeholders the Integration of third-party applications and plug-ins as well as external or internal services
• Drive best in class performance and identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve application efficiency
• Build and grow a high performance product owner team and execute the same in an international environment, with a cross-country setup
• Serve as the primary contact for all team-related matters concerning Marketplace OCS development resources.
• Good understanding of agile methodology

Your Experience

As a Lead Product Owner you will have:

Education / Professional Certification

• University degree in medical, computer science, engineering, business informatics, business information systems engineering, or a relevant adjacent subject; alternatively, a business degree and strong technology experience

Experience

• 4 or more years of work experience in software product development with agile software development of complex products with a proven track record of successfully launched and operated agile projects. Preferable in a consumer facing, ecommerce environment

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

• Willingness to take over responsibility and make decisions
• Up to date knowledge in eCommerce environments. Experience with e-comm platforms like Commercetools, Magento, Intershop as a plus,
• Able to understand and drive technical topics like data management, information security, e-commerce systems integrations, marketing strategies
• Drive to upskill themselves and the team permanently including learning from the best via benchmarking, customer visits and trend analysis in eCommerce outside of the eyecare field
• Familiarity with distributed architectures and usage of APIs
• Understanding of SEO-principles
• Agile methods like Scrum, SAFe, Shape-up, etc.
• Good communication and collaboration in cross cultural and remote teams
• High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments.
• English proficiency, German a plus
• Mentor other developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
