Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Marketing Analytics Student to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will support our Brand & Integrated Campaigns function with campaign performance tracking, data handling, and reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring our campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and continuously improving.
- Support campaign managers with data collection, cleaning, and analysis across multiple marketing channels (e.g., Marketo Measure, Demandbase, Cvent, Adobe AEM, etc.)

Digital Performance Marketer
As our Digital / Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in scaling our digital presence in Portugal and Spain, two fast-growing markets with a strong potential. With your deep knowledge of the Portuguese (and potentially Spanish) consumer landscape, you'll help us drive targeted traffic, improve conversion rates, and lay the groundwork for sustainable regional growth.You will be responsible for localising and optimising paid digital campaigns, helping shape the performance strategy, and contributing to segmentation and customer targeting within Shopify and Klaviyo. You will work closely with:
- Our Head of Marketing on overall growth strategy and regional expansion.
- Our Campaign Manager on email, paid media, product promotions, and testing.
- Our Content Marketers and Designer on content creation.
- Our Social Media & Partnerships Manager to align paid and organic efforts across platforms.
This is a remote-first position based in Portugal, with in-person team meetups several times per year — including sessions at our office in the Netherlands and co-working meetups in Portugal. As we grow, we aim to build a regional structure with local marketing managers supporting growth in key markets. This role is a first step in that direction, offering the opportunity to shape how we grow in Southern Europe and potentially evolve into a larger leadership role over time.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, tailored to the Portuguese market and other Soutern European countries.
- Localise campaign messaging, creatives, and funnels to reflect cultural and consumer insights in Portugal — and potentially Spain or other Soutern European countries.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to define and execute regional growth strategies.
- Campaign Management: create concepts/briefs, experiments/testing, budgeting, creative development, and optimisations.
- Coordinate with the Social Media & Partnerships Manager to align paid and organic efforts, including influencers and brand moments.
- Assist in audience segmentation and targeting in Klaviyo to support performance campaigns and email automation flows.
- Analyse campaign performance, report on key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CVR), and continuously improve based on insights.
- Help shape the Southern European digital roadmap, using learnings from the Portuguese market to expand into Spain and beyond.
- Collaborate on landing page briefs and localisation to improve regional conversion rates (Shopify experience is a plus).
What you bring
- 3+ years in digital and performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC.
- Proven results running and scaling Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo and other campaigns
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Strong grasp of conversion funnels, data analysis, reporting and creative testing.
- Experience with Shopify and e-Commerce tools and platforms.

ROLE:
- Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.

The challenge
We’re building a high-performance demand generation engine and need a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn budgets into predictable leads. You’ll own our paid media strategy across Google and LinkedIn, expanding into new channels when the time is right.
This role is about running experiments across personas, industries, and countries, figuring out what converts, and doubling down on the strategies that drive real pipeline impact, reduce CAC, and scale growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Run and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Design and execute experiments across audiences, creatives, offers, and geographies.
- Build and manage targeting and retargeting strategies to capture and nurture demand.
- Conduct keyword research and strategy to maximize high-intent traffic.
- Launch and optimize landing pages in Webflow, ensuring tight alignment between ad copy and conversion flow.
- Track and measure campaign performance end-to-end, with attribution flowing cleanly into our CRM.
- Consolidate experiment results into actionable insights and recommend budget allocation.
- Explore and test new performance channels (programmatic, YouTube, industry media, retargeting networks) when ROI is proven.
- Stay sharp on PPC trends and hacks to keep us ahead of the curve.
Minimum requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google + LinkedIn required).
- Proven track record in delivering consistent lead flow from paid channels.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable digging into campaign and CRM data.
- Experience with:
- Google Ads & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Webflow for landing pages
- CRM integration (Streak, Close, or equivalent)
- Keyword research tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Retargeting pixel setup and campaign structuring
- Hunger to reduce CAC, stretch budgets further, and scale what works.
- Curiosity to test and validate new performance channels once the core engine is running.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
