  • Facilitate coordination across multiple time zones, contributing to effective communication and alignment.
  • Develop clear, engaging materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Contribute to transparency and quality by supporting the tracking of progress and relevant performance indicators.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

  • A background in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in documentation, coordination, or operational support roles is valued but not required.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Knowledge in tools such as Jira, Microsoft and Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills, particularly German, are a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different regions.
  • Familiarity with IT service processes and documentation practices is advantageous.
