We are looking for someone with a strong performance-driven mindset to manage our website, continuously optimise content for SEO, analyse digital performance, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.


Key tasks/activities:

  • Manage and update website content;
  • Optimise website structure and content with a focus on technical and on-page SEO;
  • Support implementation of tracking tags, events, and analytics integrations;
  • Monitor digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console;
  • Prepare and present performance reports aligned with defined KPIs;
  • Create and maintain landing pages;
  • Collaborate on content creation and editing, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and SEO best practices;
  • Oversee digital content production from planning to publication, including original and repurposed content;

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles(preferred);
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of SEO (technical and content-based);
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data interpretation;

About the Role:

As a Junior Ad-Ops

Specialist

at Gruvi, you will help manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients in the film industry. You will work closely with the team to set up campaigns, monitor performance, and provide insights to optimize results. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple digital platforms and grow your career in film marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms.
  • Review creative assets and ensure they meet platform and campaign guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with audience targeting and creative testing.
  • Support the team with campaign reporting and dashboards.

Day To Day duties

  • Basic familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
  • A passion for the film industry and digital marketing.

About the Gruvi:

Gruvi is a media and insights agency dedicated to helping exhibitors engage film audiences online in order to increase ticket sales from the distributors campaign spend. We work with Cinemas across the world: Nordisk Biograf (Norway and Denmark), Palace Cinemas (Australia), MultiKino (Poland), Vox (Middle East) and Reel (UK). Our distribution clients include large studios like Disney and UIP, as well as numerous independents internationally.
