Project Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled agile software development team to design, develop, and deliver a Digital Library (DL) for a cyber range environment. The DL will be built on top of an existing product, Deputy , an open-source solution written in Rust, leveraging its speed, security, and flexibility. The team will adapt, extend, and integrate Deputy to meet the specific requirements of the DL project.
Key Objectives
- Develop a Digital Library for cyber range operations based on the existing Deputy platform.

Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- The Group leader of Software Development, directs and coordinates activities of the software engineering group;
- Responsible for Software Release Train for embedded software;
- Responsible for career development of direct reports;

Responsibilities
The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users. Over the past several years we have successfully built and released products which makes IT administrators' day-to-day life easier. Our vision is to become THE unified endpoint management solution for our customers.
We're looking for an experienced Team Lead in Software Development to manage and support our teams developing and enhancing our DEX capabilities, trusted by large enterprise customers. In this role, you'll be essential to maintain a steady delivery cadence for the team, working with the different stakeholders (Product Management, Customer Support, Security, SRE) to ensure a clear prioritized Sprint backlog, and minimizing disruptions. You will translate high-level vision into working services. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

- Align the team's product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management
- Review the top items in Product Backlog, ensure they are well-understood with clear description and acceptance criteria (breaking them down to smaller stories or creating spikes to understand them better) so that the team can story-point them properly during Sprint Planning
- Work with the Product Owner/Product Manager to finalize the Sprint Backlog for each Sprint, by prioritizing the different workloads - Product (Feature) roadmap; Customer requests and Sustain cases; Security vulnerabilities; Technical Debt; ad-hoc work requests
- Be the single point of contact for all stakeholders (Product Management, Customer Support, Security team, SRE, other engineering teams, etc) to prevent disruptions to the team members

A core focus of this role is to lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of software applications with particular emphasis on **Global CRM capabilities** . The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions while ensuring operational excellence through automation, system monitoring, and proactive incident management.

+ Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects-from ideation through to deployment-ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy
+ Lead delivery scope, risk, and timelines in coordination with the Software Engineering team, ensuring consistent completion within Agile frameworks
+ Rapidly prototype solutions to translate business concepts into functional code, enabling quick validation of ideas and iterative improvements
+ Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring junior team members, and driving accountability for high-quality achievements across the engineering team
+ Chip in to both front-end and back-end development using Veeva CRM/Salesforce
+ Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency to standard methodologies including performance metrics areas such as code quality and coverage
+ Set clear expectations for maintaining high standards of code quality, implementing code reviews, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage
+ Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations
+ Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively
+ Work closely with product team, business team, and other collaborators
+ Design, develop, and implement applications and modules, including custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements
+ Analyze and understand the functional and technical requirements of applications, solutions and systems and translate them into software architecture and design specifications
+ Develop and deliver unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies to ensure the quality of the software
+ Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues
+ Work on integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
+ Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently
+ Use Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment as part of the DevOps practices & maintain CI/CD pipelines

**Minimum requirements:**
+ Master's degree with 5 - 7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related
+ Proficient in programming languages Visual Force, Apex, SQL, Java
+ Strong expertise in software design principles, and system integration Experience with DevOps Tool set (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Copado)
+ Proven experience (5 years) as Software Engineer, leading the design and development of software solutions
+ Strong development experience of Veeva CRM
+ Proficiency in Salesforce development
+ Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
+ Experience with version control systems like Git & Release management tools like Copado
+ Excellent analytical and solving skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

Project Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled agile software development team to design, develop, and deliver a Digital Library (DL) for a cyber range environment. The DL will be built on top of an existing product, Deputy, an open-source solution written in Rust, leveraging its speed, security, and flexibility. The team will adapt, extend, and integrate Deputy to meet the specific requirements of the DL project.
