Farás parte de uma equipa ativa e dinâmica na área comercial integrada na Direção Empresas de Oeste e Ribatejo.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Apoiar a gestão de carteiras de Clientes Empresa, com o objetivo de incrementar o volume de negócios, e a sua rentabilidade, assegurando os níveis de qualidade de serviço e satisfação dos clientes definidos na estratégia de atuação do Banco;
- Acompanhar a evolução do negocio, rentabilidade e vinculação face aos objetivos qualitativos e quantitativos definidos;
- Promover contactos permanentes com os clientes Empresa, preferencialmente através de visitas externas, com a finalidade de detetar oportunidades e negócios e/ou antecipar necessidades identificadas assim como situações de agravamento de risco de crédito e refletindo o resultado dessas visitas em propostas internas para obtenção da respetiva decisão;
- Participar no desenvolvimento de Campanhas e ações comerciais dirigidas ao segmento, identificando clientes potenciais e promovendo ações concretas de captação e vinculação.
Requisitos
- Preferencialmente Licenciatura em Economia ou Gestão;
- Competências ao nível relacional, de comunicação, proatividade e flexibilidade;
- Sentido de responsabilidade e organização;
- Capacidade de argumentação;
- Boa capacidade de negociação;
- Gosto pelo trabalho de equipa;
- Espirito de iniciativa;
- Conhecimento sólido das ferramentas Microsoft (Word, Excel e PowerPoint)
- Idiomas: valoriza-se conhecimentos de Inglês e Espanhol
