We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager for Pharmaceutical R&D (m/f) to join our team, in Torres Vedras.

Key Responsibilities:
 
- Lead end-to-end management of pharmaceutical R&D projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines, scientific milestones, and budgets (including public/private funding applications);
 - Coordinate cross-functional teams (CMC, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics) and optimize collaborations with CROs, academic institutions, and external partners;
 - Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, EMA/FDA guidelines and quality standards;
 - Deliver progress reports to executive committees and global stakeholders, focusing on risk management and go/no-go decisions;
 
 
Ideal Profile:
 
- Master’s/PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field;
 - 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical R&D including knowledge of the drug development lifecycle (preclinical to Phase III);
 - PMP certification (preferred);
 - Fluency in technical English and with experience in global matrix environments;
 - Key competencies: transversal leadership, data-driven critical thinking, proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, Veeva;

We are looking for a Senior R&D Technician specialized in the development of Amorphous Solid Dispersions using technologies such as Spray Drying, HME to join our R&D team.
The Senior R&D Technician will be responsible for conducting pharmaceutical development studies to support drug product R&D projects based on ASD technologies, assuring that formulation development tasks are accomplished within the time frame defined and according to company´s quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct formulations development studies, based on spray drying and HME technology.
 - Generate comprehensive knowledge on drug substance and drug product during the pharmaceutical development;
 - Analyse, prepare and communicate results to the R&D team;
 - Colaborate on the tech transfer of the final drug product.
 
Requirements:
- Academic background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or similar field.
 - Proven experience in ASD development in the pharmaceutical industry.
 - Practical knowledge of spray drying and HME development and production processes.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and time management.

The Analytical Technician will provide analytical support to drug product R&D projects guaranteeing that analytical tasks are accomplished within the time frame defined and according to company´s quality standards.
 
 
You will be responsible for:
- Implement analytical methods and methodologies contributing to generate comprehensive knowledge on drug substance and drug product during pharmaceutical development;
 - Develop, transpose and validate analytical methods, fit for purpose, in accordance with international guidelines;
 - Analyse and communicate results to the project team;
 - Ensure that all analytical data is managed properly according to internal procedures and prepare analytical documentation;
 - Support analytical development activities and investigations to ensure successful analytical tasks accomplishment and contribute for solving technical and scientific challenges;

Profile:
