IT Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, resources, budget and milestones to ensure successful project completion;

  • Documentation Management: Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards;

  • Leadership and communication: Lead the different IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress;

  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives;

  • Software Delivery: Coordinate with the development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle;

  • Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes;

  • Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment;

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration. Ensure the first days of production go smoothly, addressing any issues promptly and providing follow-up support to stabilize the new system;

Your mission will be…

  • Handles the running of the service in day-to-day operations based on the agreed service levels
  • Ensures adherence to SLA incl. monitoring & measures
  • Drives the service strategy and portfolio with Service Owner
  • Aligns service content, service levels and service quality with the Service Owner
  • Is accountable for implementing and driving service processes (Incident Management/ Major Incident Management/Escalation Management/ Problem Management, etc)
  • Collaborate with Siemens Business Units to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drives the implementation of Cyber Security topics
  • Garantees smooth transition from Project to Service participating on project releases
  • Regular alignment and touchpoints with all service stakeholders
  • Coordinates the service review meetings and ensures implementation of the resulting measures
  • Distributes, structures and coordinates tasks for internal and external service teams

We are looking for someone with…

  • Between 3 to 6 years of proven relevant professional experience in IT Service Management
  • Involvement in operating IT solutions from a service perspective
  • Experience driving service processes (Incident Management/ Major Incident Management/Escalation Management/ Problem Management, etc)
  • Cybersecurity knowledge
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs and setting up SLA concepts
  • Experience working with technical teams and business customers
  • Certification in ITIL4
  • Experience with platforms like ServiceNow or other ticketing tools
  • Ability to use tools to analyze service metrics, identify trends, and create reports.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and identify savings opportunities

As **an IT Product Manager II,** you will report to the Director of Business Insights, a member of our Enterprise Data team, which manages, monitors, integrates, and surfaces Insights to our Internal Leaders and Analysts. You will regularly meet and work closely with internal stakeholders to guide and build actionable data products and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your business acumen and manage Gen AI solutions/projects. The ideal candidate is familiar with multiple data sources, is familiar with SQL, has managed multiple projects simultaneously, has worked closely with Data Engineering teams, and is seen as a 'Data expert' by their peers and stakeholders
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Partner with a dedicated data engineering team to get these new features and capabilities into our data models
+ Communicate and partner with internal stakeholders/departments to deeply understand, document, and analyze their needs around how to enable them to take action-driven decisions using Analytics data products you help build
+ Define, prioritize, and guide all personas from Leaders to boots on the ground - in one word, "own the roadmap"
+ Your day will include stand-up meetings, stakeholder meetings, brainstorming sessions, and deep dive analysis with your partnering Data Engineer
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 4+ years of overall experience with Data Analytics and Product Management
+ Tableau experience
+ Proven experience with shepherding at least one major product or project from ideation to launch per quarter
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience with SQL
+ Domain expertise in analytics and data modeling
+ Extensive domain knowledge of Salesforce Objects in specific and Marketing and Sales data in general
+ Background in SaaS B2B or B2C Product Management
