O que vais fazer
Ser o elo de ligação entre a nossa empresa e o fornecedor da plataforma.
Garantir a uniformização da utilização do software em todas as áreas da organização.
Promover boas práticas, melhorias contínuas e maximizar a eficiência da plataforma.
Apoiar na formação de utilizadores e dar suporte na resolução de problemas operacionais.
Acompanhar o desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades em articulação com stakeholders internos e externos.
O que procuramos
Experiência em gestão de plataformas tecnológicas (preferencialmente na área de Facilities ou Operações).
Capacidade de comunicação clara e eficaz com diferentes perfis de utilizadores.
Forte sentido de organização e orientação para resultados.
Proatividade e vontade de contribuir para a melhoria contínua.
O que oferecemos
Remuneração: 1600€ (negociável)
Localização: Escritório no Saldanha, Lisboa.
Modelo de trabalho: Inicialmente 100% presencial durante o período de formação. Após essa fase, regime híbrido (presencial + remoto).
Contrato em regime de outsourcing.

- 4 years working experience with digital solutions
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.G. Servicenow and Jira)
- Experience on service management delivery
- Microsoft Excel & Office
- ITIL Framework / (ITIL 4 certification preferred).
- Ensuring accurately risk assessment
- Ability to manage complex changes and multi-phase releases.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- eam player, willing to learn and adopt new skills
