Principais Responsabilidades

• Liderar e gerir squads de Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analytics e Machine Learning Engineers com elevado grau de autonomia;
• Acompanhar Data Scientists juniores, desenvolver planos de carreira e garantir que o seu trabalho está pronto para produção;
• Participar na definição da estratégia de data science e garantir o alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio;
• Supervisionar o desenvolvimento de pipelines de processamento de dados e a implementação de modelos de IA em escala industrial;
• Incorporar técnicas de IA Generativa para melhorar o desenvolvimento de modelos e a experiência dos clientes;

Requisitos Obrigatórios

• Mestrado ou PhD em Engenharia Informática e de Computadores, Engenharia Eletrotécnica, Estatística, Matemática Aplicada, Física ou áreas similares com forte componente quantitativa;
• +6 anos de experiência em Machine Learning (supervisionada e não supervisionada) em empresas orientadas para IA, incluindo experiência prática na implementação e manutenção de modelos de ML em produção;
• Experiência em liderança de projetos de Data Science e supervisão/coordenação técnica de perfis com menos experiência.
• Fluência em Inglês (escrita e falada), com forte capacidade de comunicar conceitos de forma clara e interagir com stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos;
• Abilidade para aprender rapidamente e fazer uma imersão em novas problemáticas, de forma autónoma e proativa;
• Fortes competências de resolução de problemas e flexibilidade na gestão de prioridades ;
• Bons conhecimentos de práticas de engenharia , incluindo testes, CI/CD, monitorização e containers.
