What you'll be doing:
Your mission will be to operationalise and optimise CRM campaigns, marketing automation, and loyalty programmes. You will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing complex automation workflows.
- Configuring and optimising landing pages, forms, and automated emails.
- Database management, qualification processes, and dynamic segmentation for hyper-personalised communications.
- Transforming data into actionable insights to continuously enhance our strategies.
What you'll need:
- Advanced proficiency and certification in HubSpot (essential).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in creating and optimising marketing automation and CRM campaigns.
- A passion for data and analytical skills to measure and optimise performance.
- Proactivity, organisation, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Experience with platform integrations (e.g., HubSpot with Salesforce).
