Purpose of role

We have a need of an experienced Marketing Automation Manager for Salesforce Marketing Cloud to assist us in realising our business goals by developing and executing marketing automated communications for BCA Europe supporting the customer journey from lead generation to sales to retention in further alignment over Europe.

Being part of the EU Marketing team the role specialises in multi-channel marketing automation. Main topics are ensuring brand consistency and measurable marketing effectiveness and developing European wide marketing automated activities on the customer life cycle, customer activation and campaigning. This role is a leading role within the BCA EU marketing team to deliver improved channels and communications that are targeted and personalised to maximise effectiveness. The role works closely with team members to ensure timely delivery of output and with the business partners in BCA's Business Solution Hub, marketers in the countries, Data Intelligence team and Salesforce EU team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the marketing/commercial BCA context and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and CRM to develop/create:

  • Email templates following company guidelines,

  • Multi-channel journeys in Journey Builder,
  • Insight in customer digital behaviour to use for further profiling,
  • Relevant segments as audiences in Data Cloud,
  • Reports on results to use for country benchmarks and further improvements with the goal to lead best practice techniques to improve customer engagement and conversions/sales.

  • Improve and analyse analytics of campaigns to make future recommendations.

  • Provide support and a point of escalation for EU marketing teams on Data/Marketing Cloud, working within the greater context of the commercial goals.
  • Complete QA checks on changes to data and journeys.
  • Collaborate on Salesforce data feeds and other source integrations.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Work with 3rd party agency where required to establish enhanced processes and functionality.
  • Work with EU teams to establish suitable processes to support customer touchpoints along the customer journey and proactively supports business partners and commercial colleagues with ideas to further automate customer communication.
  • Assist in training of users and growing awareness and skills of SF across the organization.
  • Work independently with members of the user/analysis community to define and document requirements as well as process mapping documents.
  • Keep up to date with marketing automation and channel trends and advancements in digital marketing.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • At least 4 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, supporting sales and customer journey communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in (digital) marketing, communications, or similar.
  • A good level of experience with Data/Marketing Cloud and have the ability to build using Journey Builder, Data Cloud, Mobile Studio and other tools of complexity; in possession of at least Salesforce certificates MC Admin, MC Consultant, MC Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand data streams and how to make it usable for marketing segmentation and personalized communications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with working (partly) remote in a multicultural international environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong team player, excellent people skills and ability to work with all levels of management and different departments.

Purpose of Role
The Marketing Automation Developer (HubSpot Developer) is responsible for system operations within Global Marketing Operations in support of marketing and sales record management as well as global and regional campaign executions. They will develop and manage software that automates repetitive tasks, freeing up time for the marketing team to focus on strategy and creative work.

Marketing automation experience – specifically with HubSpot - is vital in this critical role which ensures record management (campaigns & contacts) are all processed efficiently between the integrated applications and system environments.

Responsibilities include; monitor, analyse, and tune processes in HubSpot, AEM and systems to improve campaign effectiveness, system processes lead flows, account and contact record synchs, and overall system efficiencies. This role will also partner with Sales operations teams, support, WebIT and various contractual third party vendors to maintain integrity of the overall implementation, data quality, process efficiencies and user support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as marketing automation/workflow design expert for the team. Work with Global marketing & Regional stakeholders to provide recommendations and design for regional implementation variations
  • Regularly analyse and report on effectiveness of overall automation programmes: identifying opportunities for improvement, recommending changes in the workflow design, or suggesting best practices that can be leveraged across the team
  • Provide marketing programme level reporting, working closely with the data analyst
  • Design and properly QA email nurture workflows built in HubSpot
  • Develop streamlined processes for managing updates and changes to the nurture/automation production process
  • Quickly understand business issues and operation challenges, and address them
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams for resolving issues
  • Willingness to perform data administrative and clerical duties
  • You will be asked to build email templates in content builder
  • You will be building and testing user journeys, creating in-depth test plans to make sure all possible scenarios are tested properly before deployment
  • You will be the liaison in troubleshooting a myriad of data or technical challenges
  • Actively coordinate and manage the activity of uploading different contacts/leads into HubSpot for marketing campaigns

Estamos à procura de um(a) Digital Marketing Specialist com forte experiência em gestão de campanhas de performance, SEO e automação de marketing, para integrar o nosso Departamento de Marketing Digital e contribuir ativamente para a geração de leads e crescimento do negócio.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

O cargo será integrado no Departamento de Marketing e terá como responsabilidade desempenhar as seguintes funções:

  • Gerir campanhas de aquisição de negócio (SEM) em Google Ads, com experiência comprovada em estratégias como CPA, ROAS, PMax, Demand Gen, entre outras, orientadas para lead generation e vendas;
  • Contribuir para a otimização do posicionamento orgânico (SEO), colaborando na criação de conteúdos e melhoria técnica do website, com base em dados e boas práticas;
  • Analisar dados e performance dos nossos websites e canais digitais, com domínio de GA4 e Google Tag Manager, assegurando a correta implementação de conversões e KPIs relevantes;
  • Gerir campanhas de paid media em Meta e LinkedIn Ads, com foco em performance;

A equipa de Marketing e Comunicação procura reforçar a equipa com um/a Marketing Digital Specialist, responsável por:

Planeamento e Estratégia Digital

  • Definir estratégias digitais em conjunto com restantes gestoras (de negócio e corporativo).
  • Identificar canais adequados, como redes sociais, SEO, e-mail marketing, publicidade paga (Ads) e marketing de conteúdo.

Social Media

  • Criar, publicar e gerir conteúdo para plataformas como Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn e outras.
  • Realizar análises de desempenho das campanhas em redes sociais e da performance em redes sociais.

Publicidade Digital

  • Coordenar campanhas feitas externamente (colaborador externo) em plataformas como Google Ads, Facebook Ads e LinkedIn Ads, campanhas programáticas, retargeting, etc.
  • Acompanhar KPIs (Indicadores-chave de desempenho), como CPC, ROI e conversões.
  • Realizar ajustes nas campanhas para maximizar os resultados.

Análise de Dados e Performance

  • Usar ferramentas como Google Analytics para monitorizar métricas (no visualizações, taxa de conversão, bounce rate, entre outras).
  • Criar relatórios de desempenho e insights para optimizar estratégias.

Gestão de Conteúdo

  • Planear e criar conteúdo digital, em coordenação com a equipa criativa (designers) como, vídeos, e-books, infográficos e newsletters.
  • Garantir que o conteúdo seja relevante, envolvente e otimizado para SEO.

Experiência do Usuário (UX)

  • Garantir que sites e plataformas digitais ofereçam experiência de navegação eficiente e user friendly.
  • Trabalhar com designers para melhorar a user experience.
  • Acompanhamento de Tendências
  • Manter-se atualizado com as tendências de marketing digital, mudanças nos algoritmos e novas tecnologias.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Entre 3 a 5 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes;
  • Conhecimentos de funcionamento de Redes Sociais;
  • Competências analíticas;
  • Capacidade de comunicação e de trabalhar em equipa;
  • Atitude proativa e abordagem hands-on;
  • Paixão pelo sector imobiliário.
