Relevant Skills:

Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure the ALVEA product across different environments (test, staging, production, client).
- Create and maintain scripts, playbooks, and automation pipelines to standardize deployments.
- Integrate the product with external services (databases, APIs, message brokers, etc.).
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues in real time.
- Document installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Operations teams to ensure consistent deliveries.
- Provide support during client integration and rollout.
Location: Paço de Arcos - Lisbon (Hydrid model).

1. Strong working knowledge in DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Git, Bitbucket, XLR
2. Good Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.
3. Above average SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.
4. Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools
5. Good to have PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) – Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem
6. Good and confident communication skills; Positive learning attitude
7. Should take up CRQ, Incidents and problem ticket ownership and drive issues to closure

Your Responsibilities
- Select, implement, and manage cutting-edge DevOps tools and self-service solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, primarily using Docker/ Kubernetes;

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Project management (resource management, copils, reporting).
- Support for the technical integration of existing and new solutions.
