What You'll Be Doing

• Create wireframes, low- and high-level prototypes for desktop, mobile and web applications;

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Design Manager and Squad Captain to join our team.

As a Design Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Designers, Researchers and UX Writers while their direct people management remains with their respective team leads.

The Design Manager’s mission is to coordinate, structure, and enable the design practice, making sure the team can deliver high-quality outcomes consistently and efficiently. You will:

• Define roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across the design function.
• Help organize and maintain our design assets and documentation, making them accessible to the whole team.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between squads and stakeholders by unblocking issues and connecting the right people.
• Oversee the readiness of deliverables: making sure user stories are clear, Jira is up to date, and quality standards are met (without going into technical detail).
