Education, Experience, Soft skills & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Languages: English.
• Experience in gathering and challenging requirements and translating these into a design and/or solution.
• Significant experience with ETL and ELT technologies.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Informatica Cloud, SSIS, DataBricks, or Denodo.
• Experience with API calls.
• Hands-on front-end development experience in Business Intelligence projects.
• You know Kimball.
• A customer-oriented personality with positive drive and a pragmatic, innovative approach.

Tasks

• Responsible for designing and reviewing cloud solutions, ensuring they are aligned with infrastructure and network requirements. Requirements

• 2 years' experience in Design or Engineering roles for Systems analysis and infrastructure & network design in web-scale environments

  
  
• Experience in automation and IaaC (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.), version control (e.g. Git), CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, or TFS, or Travis CI), containers (e.g. Docker, kubernetes or OpenShift), infrastructure testing (e.g. ServerSpec), infrastructure security (e.g. OWASP ZAP), or test automation (e.g. Selenium or Gatling)
• Infrastructure & Network automation and configuration management tools
• Public cloud IaaS and PaaS deployment models and technologies
• Network knowledge and network management experience in large data center environment
• Highly cross-functional and able to swap and perform adjacent roles and responsibilities at short notice
• Strong relationship building, persuasion, and collaboration skills that drive effective constructive feedback and support
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to distil difficult technical concepts into simple and actionable practices

What You'll do:

• Support the Head of Architecture in operationalizing the Groups Data Architecture vision, ensuring alignment with standards and guidelines;
• Contribute to the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions across the full Data & Analytics lifecycle: ingestion, storage, modeling, integration, transformation, governance, and analytical/AI consumption;
