What you’ll be doing:
- Participate in the implementation of Analytics, BI and AI solutions as cornerstones of large transformation programs in Retail;
- Preparation and execution of workshops with cross-functional teams to gather Analytical and Reporting requirements and design optimal data architecture solutions according to business processes, including KPIs, Metrics and Workflows;
- Implement data governance strategies addressing security, privacy, and compliance;
- Implement solutions that typically include Oracle Retail Insights in a combination of other market-leader Analytics platforms such as MS Power BI, Tableau (Salesforce), Looker, etc;
- Elaborate the technical specifications for the components to be developed to fulfill the identified requirements, in alignment with the established architecture;
- Coordinate, from a technical perspective, the development team responsible to build the specified components;
- Support the solution Go-live preparation, execution, and stabilization.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users, empowering clients to maximize the value of BI and AI tools;
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in BI and Analytics best practices (+5 years);
- Experience as a System Integrator (SI) in BI implementations;
- Strong ability to guide and support clients in the use and adoption of BI platforms;
- Exposure to and understanding of business processes supported by BI/Analytics solutions;
- Availability to travel;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
What would be a plus:
- Degree in Business, Management, or Engineering-related fields;
- Experience in Retail;
- Experience with Oracle Retail Insights;
- Knowledge in Oracle BI Cloud stack;
- Proficiency in Spanish, French or German.

Profile & Mission: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance for Data Analytics to join our Data Warehouse team. This role combines data analysis with quality assurance responsibilities where the ideal candidate will need to have deep SQL knowledge, proficiency in Python, and robust skills in testing to ensure quality in every development. This role involves working on Microsoft Azure Cloud mainly using Databricks to manage and analyze datasets, ensuring data integrity and that the business requirements are honored.
Responsabilities:
- Conduct thorough testing user stories and developments ensuring accuracy and reliability of data solutions. Unit, Integration and User Acceptance tests.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with multi-dimensional teams to understand data requirements and help translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

We are looking for an QA Data Analytics!
Profile & Mission: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance for Data Analytics to join our Data Warehouse team. This role combines data analysis with quality assurance responsibilities where the ideal candidate will need to have deep SQL knowledge, proficiency in Python, and robust skills in testing to ensure quality in every development. This role involves working on Microsoft Azure Cloud mainly using Databricks to manage and analyze datasets, ensuring data integrity and that the business requirements are honored.
Responsabilities:
- Conduct thorough testing user stories and developments ensuring accuracy and reliability of data solutions. Unit, Integration and User Acceptance tests.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with multi-dimensional teams to understand data requirements and help translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for tests, data processes, models, and workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance/Tester/Developer and/or Data Analyst in Data Warehousing solutions. Minimum 2 years.
- Deep SQL knowledge and experience with test automation.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Overall experience with Azure Cloud Databricks and other cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Databricks Dashboards.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in testing user stories.
- Fluency in English.
