We are searching for a Customer Success Executive in Portugal who will


  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key financial institutions
  • Guide clients across their full journey - from onboarding through long term adoption and satisfaction
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support, and Product to drive strategic growth and retention
  • Influence product direction by bringing customer feedback into the roadmap


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income, derivatives, forex, investment, trading, stocks
  • Experience managing banks as customers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
