You will be integrated in the Workplace team in charge of the migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft O365. As part of the Change Management Project team, you will be in charge of assisting with communication and change management to ensure a smooth transition and a good end-users adoption of the new tools and use cases. Be the primary change agent for the region you are based in developing a critical relationship with end users working in close partnership with the other change management teams spread across the world, understanding how they currently work and accompany them in the new ways of working within the Microsoft world.
We count on you for :
- reviewing and/or producing change management deliverables (
- Localising change management deliverables in local languages where required
- Helping perform local Change actions (facilitate webinars, conduct trainings, etc.)
Helping provide on-site hypercare (coaching with managers, collecting production/research sites use cases…)
Change Management Support
Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans related to Microsoft 365 and other digital tools.
- Support communication campaigns, training sessions, and workshops to drive user adoption.
Prepare and distribute change management materials (presentations, guides, FAQs, newsletters).
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing questions and gathering feedback.
- Support stakeholder mapping and engagement activities to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Training & Enablement
Organize and facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person) for end-users.
Develop user-friendly documentation and e-learning content.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track adoption metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular progress reports for the project team and management.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and share best practices and lessons learned.
Propose creative solutions to overcome resistance and enhance user experience.
Work closely with the Digital Workplace Change Lead, project team and integrator company
We are looking for :
- Recent graduate (Master's degree or equivalent) in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Change Management, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital transformation and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) is an advantage.
Technical Skills :
- Fluent English (C2) is required (both spoken and written)
- Local language depending on the region (Spanish, German, Mandarin…)
- Experience in IT / Digital Workplace transformation projects would be appreciated
- First experience or appetence for project management is a plus
Soft Skills :
- Curiosity, challenging mind (try to understand, ask questions…)
- Flexibility (can jump from one topic to another in the same hour)
- Dynamic, proactive (can fish for information, chase PMs to collect information, anticipate impacts…)
- Good communication skills (can easily share updates with Change Lead or the teams, transparent with issues/problems, easily ask questions or share concerns…)
- Good memory or notes-taking (we deal with a lot of different stakeholders and need to remember who our contacts are, what were the latest steps, etc. Seems silly to say but I've worked with people with bad memory and I lost a lot of time re-explaining or reminding stuff to them, and they were not junior…)

**Responsibilities**
+ Execute and support the design of payroll governance, process and system strategy with the alignment to standardizing, streamlining and automating processes and standards to drive business efficiencies
+ Capture, document and migrate local knowledge, policies and processes into HR Shared Services organization
+ Collaborate with system vendors, local country teams, and payroll shared service operation to implement payroll solution, which will align with global design while meeting localized business requirements and operational needs
+ Be foremost expert on the payroll system's functionality to be able to address any business requests for enhancements or changes to meet a continual changing environment
+ Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions/plans and prioritize future enhancements
+ Partner across the organization on deployment, and maintenance of the selected payroll solutions throughout the company's global footprint
+ Prepare and execute design sessions to optimize the process and system configuration to streamline the end-user experience
+ Gather, propose and support new requests and/or system enhancements to drive continuous improvement
+ Design, maintain and report on SLAs and performance KPI dashboard
+ Develop and Maintain site sharing training, job aids, system updates, policies, etc.
+ Communicate updates, systems and business changes to stakeholders as needed
+ Represent Payroll in Shared Services initiatives

**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred
+ 6+ years' experience with payroll processes and/or transformation
+ Experience with executing system implementations and projects
+ Possesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information
+ Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions to drive teams towards success-based results
+ Must be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detail

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Maintain and update internal documentation to ensure procedures remain accurate, consistent, and easy to follow.
- Coordinate the development of content in partnership with various teams across the organization.
- Support the preparation and documentation of operational testing activities, particularly within IT service environments.
- Conduct regular quality checks to uphold documentation standards and compliance.
- Assist in the structured transition of responsibilities between teams, ensuring a seamless and well-documented handover.
- Facilitate coordination across multiple time zones, contributing to effective communication and alignment.
- Develop clear, engaging materials for both internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to transparency and quality by supporting the tracking of progress and relevant performance indicators.
We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:
- A background in business, technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in documentation, coordination, or operational support roles is valued but not required.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently.
- Knowledge in tools such as Jira, Microsoft and Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills, particularly German, are a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different regions.
- Familiarity with IT service processes and documentation practices is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
