Knowledge of BI platforms, data warehousing, dashboards and reporting solutions

Profile Requirements

4+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in IT

Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau

Experience as an administrator of the above tools is a plus

Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes

In-depth understanding of BI solutions and platforms

Ability to connect business data to processes and operations

Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving approach

Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented

Soft Skills

Customer-focused mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions

Strong collaboration and communication skills

O teu dia a dia

• Recolher, organizar e analisar dados de diferentes fontes (internas e externas);
• Criar dashboards e relatórios em Power BI e Excel avançado;
• Definir, acompanhar e interpretar KPIs;
• Apoiar as diferentes áreas da empresa com insights que sustentem a tomada de decisão;
• Desenvolver análises preditivas e recomendações prescritivas para otimizar processos e resultados;
• Garantir a qualidade, consistência e fiabilidade dos dados;
• Colaborar direta e ativamente com interlocutores de outros países europeus no âmbito do exercício da função;
• Colaborar com diferentes departamentos (operações, RH, financeiro e marketing).
