Position: Customer Support in Italian (M/F/X)
Location: Remote – Portugal

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Support customers with technical issues related to fixed-network, internet, and Sunrise TV
- Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term loyalty
- Advise customers on Sunrise’s services and offers
- Drive added value for customers, especially in sales-related interactions
- Communicate effectively, maintaining both quality and performance standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Fluency in Italian and English

- Minimum of 6 years' in customer success or customer experience related roles in a Software as a Service company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native or fluent English level (C1 minimum) with outstanding speaking and writing skills.
- Experienced user of MS Office and CRM systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
- Empathetic, with the ability to build rapport easily with customers and colleagues.
- Humble, open to feedback, curious, and eager to learn.
- Persistent, agile, and goal-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
