Estamos à procura de um
Administrador de Base de Dados
para se juntar à equipa em projetos de alto impacto, garantindo a disponibilidade, segurança e performance dos dados.
Você irá:
- Instalar, configurar e manter bases de dados (ex.: SQL Server, PostgreSQL ou DB2);
- Monitorizar a performance das bases de dados, implementar estratégias de otimização e garantir alta disponibilidade;
- Executar procedimentos de backup e recovery, assegurando a integridade dos dados e prontidão para disaster recovery;
- Gerir a segurança das bases de dados, incluindo controlo de acesso de utilizadores e conformidade com as melhores práticas;
- Desenvolver e manter scripts de automação para monitorização e manutenção das bases de dados;
- Colaborar com os developers para otimizar queries, índices e stored procedures;
- Apoiar projetos de migração, upgrades e patches das bases de dados;
- Resolver incidentes e fornecer soluções atempadas;
- Documentar processos, standards e políticas de base de dados.
O que procuramos:
- Experiência comprovada como Administrador de Base de Dados (3+ anos);
- Conhecimento sólido de pelo menos um RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL ou DB2);
- Experiência em otimização de performance e queries;
- Familiaridade com backup, recovery e planeamento de disaster recovery;
- Compreensão de segurança de base de dados, gestão de utilizadores e controlos de acesso;
- Fortes capacidades de resolução de problemas e comunicação;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime híbrido em Lisboa.

Due to the rapid growth in data volumes and complexity, and the organization's strategic pivot toward digital and AI capabilities, Euronext has made the decision to transition from a Centralized to a Federated Data Governance Model. Under this new approach, each business domain is responsible for implementing its own data governance programme, with direction and support from the Group Data Governance team. The Clearing domain, responsible for managing the Central Counterparty data of Euronext, is now seeking a Data Governance Lead to drive this initiative within its area. This is a pivotal role for a self-starter with strong tenacity and business acumen - someone who can understand domain-specific needs and priorities, and shape a data governance programme that delivers tangible value. The position involves close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including business lines, business data owners, data stewards, domain and group IT teams, and the Group Data Governance function. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead meaningful change and help embed a culture of data ownership and accountability within a key area of the business.
Key responsibilities
Within the framework of a federated data governance model, drive the implementation of data governance in the Clearing Business Line, ensuring business needs are identified and prioritized, and that efforts align with organizational tools, policies, and frameworks defined by the group data governance team.
Contribute to the development, enhancement, and operationalization of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to improve data quality, integrity, lineage, security, and accessibility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to data governance.
Monitor, measure, and enforce data governance practices across the domain, ensuring consistent adoption and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with business data owners, data stewards, and key business stakeholders to establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability for data management. Serve as the primary liaison between the Data Solutions Department and various internal and external stakeholders like Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers.
Support metadata management and data catalog initiatives, ensuring accurate documentation of data assets, ownership, and governance workflows.
Support data quality programme to identify, assess, remediate and prevent data quality issues that hinder the business in achieving their objectives in a timely and trusted manner. Monitor data quality metrics; identify and address data quality issues in collaboration with stewards and technical teams.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data professionals, including data analysts and data stewards.
Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other STEM disciplines.
7+ years of professional experience with 2-3 year in Data Governance and Management role.
Proven experience in a data management role with a focus on management.
Strong knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity in database technologies and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
Desirable Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence related topics.

The opportunity
EY is looking for a Data Governance - Consultant to join our team to help organizations to assess the maturity of their current data governance practices and shape their future data management landscapes. You are expected to work with our team on the following assignments:
- Data management policies and processes definition;
- Data quality investigation;
- Data management maturity and data quality assessment;
- Data Governance model design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to interpret the strategic objectives of an organization and transform them into objectives associated with data strategy, management and exploitation;
- Knowledge of best practices and market trends about information and data architectures;
- Identify and characterize data exploitation initiatives;
- Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into functionalities associated with data;
- Experience (minimum of 2 full years) in the definition and implementation of data governance models;
- Experience in defining and implementing policies, processes and procedures related to data management and governance;
- Knowledge and/or experience in data governance tools like Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Collibra and others;
- Communicate with teams & client personnel at appropriate levels when needed;
- Develop your professional knowledge and experiences;
- Possess good business acumen;
- Strong autonomy, problem solving and communication skills.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- This position will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- You will also be a part of larger team (incl. client-side stakeholders), so communication and collaboration skills will also help you to succeed.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, physics, business administration or economics, etc;
- 3+ years of professional experience in Consulting;
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data and technology-related projects as a Data Governance/Management/Strategy consultant;
- Strong drive to excel professionally;
- Knowledge of topics related to Data Management/Governance and the main technological trends associated;
- Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure;
- Foster an efficient, innovative and team - oriented work environment;
- Full English Proficiency.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience analyzing and documenting business processes;
- Experience using Jira/Confluence;
- Experience in Data & Analytics projects such as designing data models and mapping data flows;
- Sound business writing skills;
- Knowledge of frameworks such as DAMA, CMMI DMM and PMBOK;
- Experience in Agile.
