**Job Overview:** Build SAP ERP technology solutions to support Sales & Service functions, including Order to Cash, Sales & Distribution, PS, MM, AR, FICO, Reporting, and Master Data Management.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Collaborate with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create SD (OTC) solutions powered by SAP tools.
+ Work with team members across different time zones to implement regulatory solutions like e-Invoicing in countries such as France, Spain, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia.
+ Support bank integration for AR & AP modules.
+ Act as an SME to translate project requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
+ Utilize domain knowledge to effectively synthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
+ **SAP Roadmap Development:** Develop and maintain an SAP roadmap to deliver high-value, critical solutions to the business on time.
+ **Sprint Planning:** Participate in sprint planning meetings to help define team priorities for the short, medium, and long term.
+ **Backlog Management:** Prioritize and manage the SAP team backlog, ensuring it is up to date with major user stories, bug fixes, and other necessary items. This includes refining and clarifying requirements for the development team.
+ **Stakeholder Communication:** Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, receive feedback, and provide updates as appropriate.
**Skills and Qualifications Required:**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.
+ Strong technical background with outstanding communication, presentation, time management, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, both internally and externally, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
+ Experience as an SAP Consultant with at least 6 years of experience and multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
+ Proficiency in all aspects of SD, including the definition and assignment of Enterprise Structure, management of Master Data, Sales Order processing, and potential integration with external systems such as SFDC, Coupa, Concur, Ariba, MuleSoft, etc.
+ Expertise in Sales Documents (Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Sales Documents, Contracts).
+ Knowledge of Pricing (Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record).
+ Experience in Order Management, including the creation of Sales documents (Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order - standard order, rush order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing, Credit memo, Debit memo, and the configuration and implementation of SAP LE processes, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads.
+ Ability to architect solutions in the SAP Finance & Costing functions by seamlessly integrating with other modules like SAP PP, SD, MM, and BW functions.
+ Expertise in SAP FICO, Order to Cash, and Purchasing principles, as well as process flows, with the ability to grasp current configurations and suggest solutions for new requirements.

**What you'll do**
We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Senior Consultant to take ownership of technical CAS service delivery across multiple customers and complex SAP landscapes, operated within S/4HANA Cloud, private edition (RISE) and related components. The candidate must possess strong SAP Basis expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills. As a Business Process Senior Consultant, you will analyse customers' business requirements or technical problem statements and act as a technical advisor and problem solver for clients and internal stakeholders. This includes a variety of technical tasks (hands-on execution based on tickets and advisory) in the following areas: technical configuration and integration of SAP software, release upgrades, application lifecycle management, as well as day-to-day operations and maintenance of technical SAP landscapes. In addition, you will work on improving our system setup and configuration guidelines, validating new applications, designing work instructions, and driving automation initiatives. You will also focus on designing and delivering knowledge transfer to the global operations community and creating technical documentation, including operational concepts, process flows, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the delivery of CAS services in an SLA-based environment by the team for the customer.
· Guide the team on troubleshooting activities in Basis, Security, and data growth aspects of SAP applications.
· Play a pivotal role in technical service delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with other SAP teams to drive agile resolution of critical issues.
· Ensure quality assurance by maintaining deliverables and documentation for each service component.
· Act as the first point of escalation for service delivery; lead the delivery team from a Basis perspective.

**What you bring**
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Work Experience and Mandatory Skills:
· Min 7 years' SAP Basis experience
· In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis Administration including ABAP/Java stacks, FIORI, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector and SAP landscape management for various SAP solutions
· Good knowledge in SAP HANA & SAP Business Technology Platform
· Good background in software architecture and cloud technology
· Sound understanding of SAP Cloud ALM, Focused Run (FRUN), and ITSM ticketing tools to manage incidents and service delivery
· Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

JOB PURPOSE:
We offer an exciting role as SAP FICO Solution Specialist for SAP with responsibility for the Finance Solution for SAP system in COFCO International. The position gives an opportunity to work with solution management and outsourcing in an international environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex issues in SAP back-office systems, providing in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis;
 - Ensure minimal downtime and rapid resolution of system issues, working closely with SAP Basis and technical support teams;

 - SAP FI/CO with a minimum of 5 years' experience in implementation /enhancements preferably with experience in FI, CO, Tax;
 - Experience with SAP migration tools;
 - Experience with S/4HANA;
 - Knowledge in financial, accounting, controlling, assets and tax;
 - A good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change management;
 - ITIL Foundation certification;

As a Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant within Körber's OneIT team, you will be responsible for supporting all master data–related activities in global SAP rollouts and ongoing operations. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and other IT colleagues to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data across different functional areas. Your role is essential to the success of SAP implementations and the smooth operation of our global business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Data Support in SAP Rollouts: Support the creation, migration, and validation of master data (material, customer, vendor, BOM, routing, etc.) during SAP implementation and rollout projects.
 - Data Analysis & Cleansing: Perform quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate data cleansing activities with business teams.
 - Template & Standardization: Develop and maintain global master data templates, ensuring adherence to Körber's data standards and governance policies.
 - Collaboration with Functional Teams: Work closely with SAP consultants from various modules (MM, SD, PP, QM, etc.) to ensure correct data setup and process integration.
 - User Support: Provide 2nd level support for master data–related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
 - Training & Documentation: Prepare guidelines, process documentation, and deliver training sessions for key users on master data processes and best practices.
 - Continuous Improvement: Recommend process and system improvements to enhance master data quality and efficiency.
 
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
 - 2+ years of experience in master data management, preferably in an SAP environment.
 - Solid understanding of master data objects in SAP (MM, SD, PP, QM modules).
 - Experience in SAP rollout or implementation projects.
 - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
 - Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
 - Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
 - Willingness to travel internationally

Role And Responsibilities 
- Delivering TM process design solutions including customizing, documentation, and testing
 - Integration with other SAP Modules (ERP, EWM, GTS, EM)
 - Contribution to customer workshops
 - Preparing functional specifications for customer-specific requirements
 - Conducting tests for configured business scenarios & developed customer processes
 - Preparing new SAP systems for go-live; support new transportation processes & resolve issues as part of the stabilization period
 - Participate in pre-sales activities
 
Your Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in SAP TM- design, configuration, testing, and implementation experience
 - At least 2 full life-cycle implementations of SAP TM with strong configuration and design skills
 - Passion for logistics and related end-to-end processes
 - Good cross-module knowledge to design end-to-end logistics processes
 - Experience in various industries and showing a good understanding of the respective transportation processes
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other European languages - German, Italian or French, are considered an advantage)
 - Willingness to travel if the job requires it
