**Essential Functions:**
+ Collaborate with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create SD (OTC) solutions powered by SAP tools.
+ Work with team members across different time zones to implement regulatory solutions like e-Invoicing in countries such as France, Spain, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia.
+ Support bank integration for AR & AP modules.
+ Act as an SME to translate project requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
+ Utilize domain knowledge to effectively synthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
+ **SAP Roadmap Development:** Develop and maintain an SAP roadmap to deliver high-value, critical solutions to the business on time.
+ **Sprint Planning:** Participate in sprint planning meetings to help define team priorities for the short, medium, and long term.
+ **Backlog Management:** Prioritize and manage the SAP team backlog, ensuring it is up to date with major user stories, bug fixes, and other necessary items. This includes refining and clarifying requirements for the development team.
+ **Stakeholder Communication:** Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, receive feedback, and provide updates as appropriate.
**Skills and Qualifications Required:**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.
+ Strong technical background with outstanding communication, presentation, time management, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, both internally and externally, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
+ Experience as an SAP Consultant with at least 6 years of experience and multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
+ Proficiency in all aspects of SD, including the definition and assignment of Enterprise Structure, management of Master Data, Sales Order processing, and potential integration with external systems such as SFDC, Coupa, Concur, Ariba, MuleSoft, etc.
+ Expertise in Sales Documents (Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Sales Documents, Contracts).
+ Knowledge of Pricing (Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record).
+ Experience in Order Management, including the creation of Sales documents (Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order - standard order, rush order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing, Credit memo, Debit memo, and the configuration and implementation of SAP LE processes, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads.
+ Ability to architect solutions in the SAP Finance & Costing functions by seamlessly integrating with other modules like SAP PP, SD, MM, and BW functions.
+ Expertise in SAP FICO, Order to Cash, and Purchasing principles, as well as process flows, with the ability to grasp current configurations and suggest solutions for new requirements.

Atualmente, estamos à procura de um Consultor SAP FI Sénior para atuar na migração de sistemas SAP ECC para S/4HANA (brownfield), garantindo a transição eficiente dos processos financeiros. O profissional será responsável por interagir diretamente com os clientes para entender requisitos, definir estratégias de implementação e suportar a migração.
Responsabilidades:
- Participação ativa no levantamento de requisitos e análise de impacto da migração para S/4HANA
- Definição e implementação das melhores práticas para processos financeiros em S/4HANA
- Configuração, testes e suporte durante o projeto de migração
- Apoio aos utilizadores durante a transição para o novo sistema
- Formação e capacitação de utilizadores-chave
- Comunicação contínua com o cliente para alinhar expectativas e garantir sucesso na entrega
- Documentação das soluções e processos implementados
- Colaboração com equipas multidisciplinares para garantir integração eficaz entre módulos
Requisitos:
- Experiência mínima de 6-7 anos com SAP FI (Financeiro) como consultor (não basta na ótica de utilizador)
- Experiência comprovada em migração de SAP ECC para S/4HANA
- Conhecimento aprofundado dos módulos FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax)
- Experiência com configuração e customização de processos financeiros no SAP
- Forte conhecimento de integração entre FI e outros módulos SAP (CO, MM, SD, etc.)
- Capacidade de análise de impactos financeiros na migração para S/4HANA
- Conhecimento de funcionalidades como Central Finance e New Asset Accounting
- Habilidade para troubleshooting e suporte pós-implementação
- Experiência no contacto direto com o cliente, facilitando workshops, reuniões e levantamento de requisitos
- Excelente comunicação e capacidade de negociação com stakeholders
- Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio para soluções SAP
- Experiência em gestão de mudanças e formação de utilizadores-chave
- Fluência em Inglês e Português
- Certificação SAP S/4HANA Finance (valorizado)
