What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

• Support in the analysis and processing of purchase orders;
• Assist in the quotation request process and communication with suppliers;
• Provide support in tracking orders and deliveries;
• Organize and maintain the supplier database;
• Monitor current contracts and agreements with suppliers.

Energy Efficiency Trainee (F/M)

A GreenYellow foi criada em 2007 para responder aos desafios relacionados com a gestão da energia descentralizada. Conta com cerca de 1000 colaboradores a nível mundial (França, Espanha, Portugal, Polónia, Itália, Brasil, Colômbia, Tailândia, Vietname, Oceano Índico).

A nossa experiência única abrange todas as componentes de uma fatura energética: a produção de energia descentralizada, nomeadamente fotovoltaica; a redução a longo prazo e a garantia de consumo (Eficiência Energética), a redução de custos, o acompanhamento da compra e da faturação através de serviços energéticos.

TAREFAS

A partir do Departamento de Operações da Greenyellow Iberia, estamos à procura de uma pessoa para realizar o seu estágio no âmbito do design de instalações de eficiência energética e o cálculo da poupança energética gerada, podendo desenvolver-se nas seguintes áreas:

• Elaboração de propostas para diferentes tipos de instalações: iluminação, refrigeração industrial, ar condicionado, bombas de calor, compressores de ar comprimido, entre outros.
• Realização de auditorias energéticas e medições pontuais.
• Avaliação das poupanças energéticas utilizando a metodologia IPMVP.
• Monitorização e Acompanhamento de projetos em operação.

O candidato selecionado aprenderá e receberá formação específica sobre os pontos acima mencionados, orientado por profissionais com ampla experiência no setor. Será valorizado positivamente o conhecimento de espanhol, inglês e o uso avançado do pacote MS Office (especialmente Excel), bem como ferramentas técnicas de engenharia.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of IT, the candidate will have the following functions/responsibilities:

• Assisting the bank’s users of software applications;
• Configuration management (users, groups, rights and static data);
• Incident management;
• Configuration and development of new features;
• System monitoring.
