Position Mission

Design, implement, and coordinate local marketing and trade marketing initiatives that drive restaurant revenue. This role is responsible for activating partnerships with nearby businesses, executing in-store activations, supporting restaurant openings, and measuring the return on investment (ROI) of all initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Driving Revenue at the Restaurant
  2. Design and implement local actions to increase sales.
  3. Develop promotional and activation plans within the restaurant’s catchment area.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the marketing tech stack , from CRM (HubSpot, MailerLite, Pipedrive) to automation tools and analytics platforms like GA4 and HotJar, to landing page creation tools like Unbounce.
  • Partner with Sales to keep the lead-to-close pipeline healthy, share insights on lead quality, and ensure MQLs, SQLs and specially SALs get the attention they deserve.
  • Dig deep into data , ensuring clean tracking, sharp reporting, and insights that fuel rapid experimentation.
  • Spot new opportunities for growth, whether it’s a fresh acquisition channel or a bold new idea worth testing.

The Role

You will own the brand’s content strategy end-to-end and be hands-on in execution. From editorial planning to publishing and performance, you’ll shape the stories that define Prescription across social, the weekly newsletter, and the blog. Expect a healthy mix of strategic thinking and on-the-ground creation—including regular time in our studios to capture what makes our experience unique.


What You’ll Do


Strategy & Editorial

  • Build and own the editorial calendar across Instagram, newsletter (weekly), and blog.
  • Define content pillars, messaging, and tone; create playbooks and guidelines.
  • Plan blog themes and SEO-friendly outlines; map newsletter narratives to product and community moments.


Creation & Production

  • Commission, script, and produce short-form studio content; coordinate with instructors and studio ops.

  • Hold a Master’s degree and have 2+ years in content/marketing roles.
  • Are an exceptional writer-editor with a portfolio spanning newsletter, blog, and social.
  • Operate comfortably between strategy and execution—from content roadmap to final publish.
  • Are fluent to native in Portuguese and English (written & spoken, required).
  • Know your way around basic tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe Rush or similar), a CMS (WordPress/Webflow), email platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Customer.io), and analytics (GA4, Meta analytics).
  • Are organised, deadline-driven, and energized by fast feedback loops.


Nice to have (not required): basic SEO knowledge; simple HTML for email; experience with paid social; experience coordinating small shoots.

A tua principal responsabilidade será garantir a implementação de campanhas de paid media digital, nomeadamente paid search, paid social, video & display (programmatic & compra direta), e-retail media, afiliação e outros que sejam relevantes (incluindo: receber o briefing, discutir o âmbito com o supervisor, efetuar o set-up das campanhas, a compra, a otimização, o acompanhamento, o reporting e a faturação).


Terás ainda como missão suportar o Digital Media Supervisor no planeamento tático de canais para os clientes e ser uma alternativa de comunicação sobre os status de campanhas junto das equipas de client service ou clientes, bem como fornecer apoio/formação adicional aos membros mais juniores.


Pretendemos alguém com:

  • Formação superior ao nível da licenciatura;
  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional em funções de implementação de campanhas de paid media digital;
  • Conhecimentos de paid search (incluindo de configuração de campanhas e respetivas plataformas);
  • Conhecimentos de paid social (incluindo de configuração de campanhas e respetivas plataformas);
  • Conhecimentos de programmatic, estratégia digital e performance serão valorizados;
  • Experiência em agências de meios será valorizada;
  • Conhecimentos de Excel;
  • Proatividade, capacidade de análise crítica, organização, capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e com deadlines apertados, atenção ao detalhe e espírito de equipa;
  • Fluência em inglês (obrigatório).
