Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Marketing Manager at Village Maternity. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media channels, developing email campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build out marketing strategy to grow DTC busines
  • Create and maintain marketing calendar
  • Develop email marketing strategies to support marketing campaigns including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and CRM goals such as customer acquisition and retention
  • Oversee all elements of email campaign development to include database segmentation, copywriting, design, build, testing/QA and deployment of dynamic triggered (automated programs) and batch emails

This role involves two interviews and a trial assignment. We aspire to ensure that no more than three days elapse between each stage, but delays may occur. Additional stages may be necessary based on internal policy or decision changes. Please keep this in mind when applying for the role.

As a Marketing Expert, you will play a key role in empowering businesses to thrive on a global social media platform. You'll work directly with advertisers or Agencies through phone, chat, and email, building strong client relationships and delivering impactful marketing solutions tailored to their goals. 

With a deep understanding of client industries and market trends, you'll design strategic advertising campaigns that turn interest into engagement and drive real results. Also, you´ll manage a portfolio (book of business) of SMB clients with the responsibility of growing revenue for their business. Your ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights will ensure every ad reaches its full potential. 

Who are we looking for? 

- Candidates with 3 years of work experience and at least 1 year in digital marketing, ad sales and relationship sales; - A proactive mindset, highly motivated and goal-oriented;  - Fuency in English is mandatory (C2 level); 

- The Schedule is Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in Entrecampos, Lisbon.
