terás como missão apoiar todas as operações relativas à gestão das contas de créditos dos nossos clientes, com vista à melhorar a eficiência das cobranças e gestão da carteira de contas ativas
#Funções
- Cobranças e Depósitos
- Lançamento de recebimentos e libertação de encomendas
- Atualização de ficheiros de crédito e da ficha de cliente (fatura eletrónica e condições de crédito)
- Acompanhamento contas clientes, envio de extratos e faturas
- Contencioso (acompanhamento e abertura de processos)
- Atribuição e retirada de crédito
- Arquivo geral e de notas de crédito
- Gestão de correspondência
#Perfil:
- Formação superior preferencialmente em contabilidade;
- Boa capacidade de organização, autonomia, criatividade e proatividade;
- Boa capacidade analítica para tomar decisões
e atenção ao detalhe; - Trabalhar de forma eficaz sob pressão
- Capacidade de estabelecer bons relacionamentos interpessoais, e resolução de conflitos;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade;

Funções a desempenhar:
Participação no controlo e manutenção da atividade de Gestão da Qualidade: Procedimentos e processos de produção, auditorias internas, CAPA (ações corretivas e ações preventivas, controlo de documentos, formação.
Garantir as atividades de controlo da qualidade em todos os processos da empresa.
Participar no tratamento de não conformidades e implementação de ações corretivas associadas.
Participar na preparação e realização de auditorias internas e externas
Participar da preparação e manutenção da documentação técnica de dispositivos médicos.
Colaborar nos registos de dispositivos médicos nas autoridades competentes e outras entidades jurídicas.

+ Classify and organize accounting documents in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements
+ Reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
+ Operate within ERP systems and apply relevant accounting standards
+ Execute month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
+ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other statutory reports
