**What you will do in this role**
As a **Fraud & Risk Specialist** , you will:
+ Monitor transactions and activities to detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior.
+ Use tools, reports, and alerts to identify and escalate potential fraud cases.
+ Investigate fraud incidents and ensure thorough case documentation.
+ Analyze operational losses and identify root causes to support prevention strategies.
+ Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance (e.g., AML, KYC).
+ Assist in implementing fraud detection systems and improving control measures.
+ Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service.
+ Prepare reports and communicate investigation findings to management and stakeholders.

**Your qualifications**

+ Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in e-commerce fraud or customer service;

+ Are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and meticulous; skilled in documenting findings using templates and guidelines.
+ Have strong problem-solving and prioritization skills; proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
+ Are able to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to support investigation hypotheses.
+ Are organized, results-driven, and composed under pressure; effective in handling disputes and emergencies; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
