**Position Summary**
As a **Content Hub Adoption & Communications Steward Specialist** you will support the roll-out and evolution of the Nestlé Content Hub 2.0 Ecosystem (Digital Asset Management platform, Brand Portals and Marketing Workflows). + 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing within a corporate environment

Reporting to Cash Collection Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible to manage due and overdue balances on customer account and maximizing On Time Payment for all customers.

+ Manage customer/account queries to ensure sales ledger balances are clean on customer account;

Voor Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Customer Service Specialist voor het merk Nespresso. Deze professional is verantwoordelijk voor alle service relatie contacten met onze klanten.

**Position Summary**
For our NBS Lisbon Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist. Reporting to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, this professional will be responsible for the recruitment of potential talent for the center.
**A day in the life of.**
+ Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
+ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs;
+ Source and recruit candidates;
+ Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
+ Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates;
+ Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports and KPIs to the rest of the center;
+ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
**What will make you successful**
+ Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related areas
+ At least 2 years of experience in HR areas, mainly recruitment
+ Fluent in English, with any additional language being a great plus, specially Spanish
+ Adaptable, agile, eye for detail and resilient
