You will be providing services for a leading payment solutions provider,with the largest business technology platform serving all kinds of businesses. Our client's operating system allows business owners to sell anywhere, work more efficiently, manage inventory, communicate with customers, book appointments, course meals, order online, and so much more.
Your tasks:
- As a Customer Support Agent, your role involves providing exceptional B2B customer support; you will be responsible for assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services.
- You will engage with clients ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support excellence.
- You will deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in a variety of areas
What you need:
- Fluency in Spanish (must be at least C2),
- Fluent in English (at least C1),
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

A Vertente Humana, empresa de recrutamento e seleção, trabalho temporário, formação e outsourcing, em grande expansão no seu sector de atividade, e a operar na área da gestão integral de recursos humanos, encontra-se a recrutar para uma das maiores empresas na área de planos de saúde em Portugal.
Nota importante: Este projeto não envolve funções clínicas nem apoio ao cliente hospitalar. Trata-se de um serviço informativo/comercial com base numa lista de contactos previamente autorizada pelo cliente.
Função:
-Realizar um breve questionário de satisfação;
-Solicitar o consentimento para posterior contacto comercial.
Horário:
-Part-time 30h/semana, de 2ª a 6ª feira, das 14h às 21h;
-Folgas fixas ao fim-de-semana.
Requisitos:
-Experiência em call center;
-Gosto por contacto telefónico e por trabalhar com objetivos;
-Excelente comunicação e empatia;
-Conhecimentos básicos de informática.
Requisitos técnicos:
(PC, ligação à internet estável — detalhes técnicos podem ser fornecidos na fase de seleção).
Condições:
- Formação inicial remunerada;
- Contrato de trabalho com remuneração base + Subsídio de alimentação;

Se tem gosto por comunicar, é orientado para objetivos e procura um novo desafio, esta oportunidade é para si!
Funções:
- Realização de chamadas inbound e outbound;
- Acompanhamento e retenção de clientes que pretendem rescindir o seu plano de saúde;
- Gestão de reclamações e esclarecimento de dúvidas;
- Análise e acompanhamento de pedidos.
- Local de trabalho: Lisboa (presencial);
- Horários entre as 13h00 e as 20h00 - Part-time de 6 horas diárias, com possibilidade de evoluir a full-time;
- Folgas fixas aos fins-de-semana.
Requisitos:
- Perfil Comercial;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e rebate de objeções;
- Gosto por contacto com o cliente;
- Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
- Dinamismo, assiduidade e espírito de equipa.
