We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to handle Tier 2/3 support for the ESG platform, support observability POCs (Grafana stack on OpenShift), and collaborate with the ITSM monitoring team.


What you would do:


  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for the ESG application, including troubleshooting and deployments across environments (CER, QLY, PRD);
  • Automate tasks and deployments using GitLab, Ansible, and participate in weekly release reviews;
  • Support the observability POC (Grafana Mimir, Loki, Alloy) on OpenShift using Helm and GitLab CI;
  • Contribute to the migration of Grafana Central to OpenShift and suggest improvements in IaC (Terraform, Ansible);
  • Collaborate with the ITSM team using tools like OBM, SiteScope, Prometheus, and Python scripts for automation;
  • Coordinate with developers, QA, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure platform stability.


What you need to bring:


  • Solid experience in application or platform support (Tier 2/3);
  • Experience with Git (GitLab) and Ansible for deployment and automation;
  • Familiarity with IBM Cloud or hybrid cloud environments;
  • Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes;
  • Understanding of Grafana stack (Mimir, Loki, Alloy) and monitoring tools;
