- Proper Communications to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status.

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to handle Tier 2/3 support for the ESG platform, support observability POCs (Grafana stack on OpenShift), and collaborate with the ITSM monitoring team.
What you would do:
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for the ESG application, including troubleshooting and deployments across environments (CER, QLY, PRD);
- Automate tasks and deployments using GitLab, Ansible, and participate in weekly release reviews;
- Support the observability POC (Grafana Mimir, Loki, Alloy) on OpenShift using Helm and GitLab CI;
- Contribute to the migration of Grafana Central to OpenShift and suggest improvements in IaC (Terraform, Ansible);
- Collaborate with the ITSM team using tools like OBM, SiteScope, Prometheus, and Python scripts for automation;
- Coordinate with developers, QA, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure platform stability.
What you need to bring:
- Solid experience in application or platform support (Tier 2/3);
- Experience with Git (GitLab) and Ansible for deployment and automation;
- Familiarity with IBM Cloud or hybrid cloud environments;
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes;
- Understanding of Grafana stack (Mimir, Loki, Alloy) and monitoring tools;
- Proficiency in Linux environments;
- Good scripting ability with Python;
