We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with 6+ years of expertise in SQL/MySQL, Unix/Linux, Cloud environments, Ansible, Jenkins, and Dynatrace . This role requires hands-on experience in application performance monitoring, incident resolution, and IT infrastructure support . The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure system stability, high availability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 2/3 application support , ensuring smooth operation and performance of enterprise applications.
• Monitor application health and infrastructure using Dynatrace , proactively identifying and resolving performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SQL/MySQL databases , ensuring efficient query execution and database performance.
• Perform system administration tasks on Unix/Linux environments , handling scripts, logs, and server configurations.

We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of applications and infrastructure across our business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Linux and Windows environments, experience in incident management, automation mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and resolve production incidents.
• Coordinate and follow up on technical operations, including electrical shutdowns and server mode changes.
