We are looking for a Business Analyst for this project!

Deliverables:

• Driving and managing the project scoping phase and estimation of the project implementation workload;
• Setting up and driving of the different business workshops during the design phase;
• Coordinating the project activities with technical, release management and data integration team members;
• Analyzing and collecting the business requirements;
• Functional design of the EBX solution;
• Translating to EBX functional design (Data model, business rules, process specification.);
• Updating the interface agreements when needed;
• Designing and executing the functional tests;
• Designing test planning and execution;
• Supporting to the end user for different phases (migration, user acceptance tests and integration tests);
• Updating documentation and participation on the different project committees;
• Participation on different meeting with the business users in agile mode to report progress and ongoing implementation activities within the projects.

Expertise:

Functional expertise of TIBCO EBX;

Master Data Management processes expertise;

Expertise on Microsoft Excel;

+2 years’ expertise in a similar IT Business Analyst role.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Responder diretamente ao Connectivity Partner Manager;
• Providenciar suporte Operacional aos projetos de integração das variadas APIs do Omnibees com acompanhamento de analista sénior ou intermédio;
• Realização de Teste Cenários e Certificação dos Parceiros com acompanhamento de analista sénior ou intermédio;
• Identificar problemas de forma eficaz, escalando para sénior ou intermédio;
• Participação em reuniões com parceiros para o alinhamento do projeto de integração como ouvinte;
• Análise de logs numa vertente Operacional;
• Participação na criação e atualização de documentação de apoio da integração;
• Auxilio no dia-a-dia nas tarefas da equipa;
• Atualização de dados no CRM da Omnibees;
• Acompanhamento da saúde da integração de parceiros nas diversas API's e alertar Intermédio e Sénior quando haver intercorrências.

Local de trabalho: Faro, Algarve, Portugal.

Requisitos e qualificações:

• 12º ano mínimo ou licenciatura na área de Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo e afins (valorizado);
• Experiência no ambiente de turismo ou e-commerce (valorizado);
• Conhecimento na área de Informática;
• Noções básicas de sistemas hoteleiros (CRS, PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, entre outros);
• Experiência na área de Hotelaria (valorizado);
• Domínio da língua Inglesa (obrigatório) e espanhol (valorizado);
• Experiência no uso de um sistema de tickets para registar, escalar e resolver problemas (valorizado);
• Conhecimentos do Microsoft Office na ótica do utilizador;
• Elegível para estágio IEFP (fator não eliminatório).
