**What you will do**
The Commercial Analytics team at Amgen plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to Commercial leadership, offering data-backed insights crucial for driving commercial success. **Proven experience and skills needed:**

**A Day in the Life**
Join the Omnichannel & Commercial Enablement team and gain hands-on experience supporting marketing and commercial initiatives across Western Europe. You will work on a variety of projects related to integrated marketing, omnichannel engagement, communications, and business support. Na sequência da sua estratégia de expansão comercial, o grupo My Story Hotels abre uma vaga para a sua equipa comercial com um perfil dinâmico, orientado para o mercado e com ambição de crescer dentro do setor. MISSÂO Desenvolver, promover e comercializar a rede hoteleira junto de parceiros estratégicos (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, operadores, OTAs ), reforçando a presença comercial das marcas, a geração de negócio e a expansão da rede de contactos em Portugal e nos mercados internacionais definidos como prioritários. A função deve incluir foco em desenvolvimento de parcerias, prospeção comercial, representação da marca e apoio à concretização de oportunidades de negócio, incluindo participação em feiras e eventos internacionais RESPONSABILIDADES Prospeção e desenvolvimento de novos parceiros comerciais no mercado nacional e internacional; Converter leads geradas em contratos e reservas; Promoção e divulgação da oferta hoteleira das marcas junto de clientes e parceiros estratégicos. Principais Responsabilidades:
- Supervisionar as operações diárias do empreendimento turistico, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e serviço;
- Gerir as equipas de receção, housekeeping, e restauração, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho positivo e colaborativo;
- Controlo dos stocks e assegurar a correta gestão dos recursos, colaborando com fornecedores e prestadores de serviços;
- Garantir o cumprimento das normas de higiene e segurança, tanto para os colaboradores como para os hóspedes;
- Colaborar com a direção na definição de objetivos e implementação de melhorias operacionais;
- Monitorizar e gerir o feedback dos hóspedes, implementando ações corretivas quando necessário;
- Acompanhar o desempenho financeiro da unidade, colaborando na gestão de orçamentos e custos operacionais.
Requisitos:
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções de supervisão ou de gestão no setor da hotelaria;
- Candidatura conjunta de casal (fator eliminatório);
- Experiência comprovada nas áreas de F&B e Retail;
- Capacidade de liderança e motivação de equipas;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal;
