Como enfermeiro especialista de diálise, apoiará os doentes através de tratamentos essenciais, garantindo segurança, rigor e empatia. Trabalhará em estreita colaboração com uma equipa de cuidados de saúde dedicada, num ambiente especializado e focado em cuidados de alta qualidade e centrados no doente. **As suas responsabilidades:**
- Monitorizar, avaliar e acompanhar os doentes durante todo o tratamento e permanência na Clínica.
- Realizar a punção do acesso vascular, colheita de sangue, administração de medicação e tratamento de diálise, assim como outros procedimentos clínicos relacionados com a sua área de intervenção.
- Preparar e realizar o tratamento através de monitores de diálise e outros equipamentos técnicos, assegurando o seu normal funcionamento, higiene e segurança de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos.
- Registar com precisão os dados do tratamento e seguir as prescrições médicas e os protocolos internos.
- Colaborar com as equipas multidisciplinares da Clínica, apoiar no ensino e literacia para a saúde dos doentes e colaborar na integração de novos colaboradores.
- Desempenho de outras tarefas técnicas especializadas e administrativas relacionadas com a função, no âmbito das melhores práticas clínicas de cuidado aos doentes em vigor na empresa.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer, who is very used to working as a key member of a lean, Agile product development team.
