Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking to hire a highly motivated, best-in-class NTE Security Manager to manage the physical security at our EMEA NTE (Non-Traditional) Environment based in Lisbon, Portugal. The successful candidate will cover multiple sites over an area of responsibility throughout the EMEA region.
Selected individual will be responsible for managing the on-site operational physical security of our NTE Data Centers and will have a thorough knowledge of access control systems and process, guard force management, reporting security metrics, security audits and incident reporting.
You will also understand and maintain compliance requirements with international standards such as (SOC1, SOC2 and ISO27001).
You will also be responsible for the implementation of new processes and adherence to existing Amazon policy and procedure relating to security guarding, media security, CCTV monitoring and the protection of customer data.
You will possess exceptional people management skills and will build relationships with internal and external partners to maintain and enhance the security and safety of Amazon. You will coordinate physical security (security services, access control and CCTV systems, site surveys), investigations, risk/threat assessments. You will supervise employees and contractors performing specific security objectives and monitor vendor performance.
As an NTE Security Manager in this space you will also be required to work with peers in other geographic regions and travel as required by Amazon.

Travel is a business need and is typically in the range of 25-40%.
Basic Qualifications
- As the successful candidate will support the European Sovereign Cloud product, this role requires the job holder to be a citizen of an EU member state.
- 5-7 years of security operations and at least 3 years in a leadership role Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001.
- Working knowledge of video surveillance equipment Experienced training others in security procedures In possession of a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Protection Officer (CPO) or similar
- Experience working in a high security environment
- Able to perform security risk assessments CPR/AED Certified

**Job Overview**
The Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit is currently seeking a Program Manager as a part of the Business Strategy Transformation Office. TE Connectivity's Program Manager is responsible for the management of cross-functional teams supporting cross functional, business critical projects. The successful candidate will work with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, performance, and customer expectations. **Your Main Tasks**
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver major customer, business, and transformation programs, typically consisting of multiple projects or sub-projects, within budget and time limitations, in accordance with technical specifications, and in fulfillment of financial and performance objectives. The incumbent will:
+ Manage a strategic business program (e.g., product migrations, business integrations, and special projects aligned with the strategy deployment of the business unit and product group teams) from project initiation and planning through execution, control and close-out.
+ Develop all aspects of strategic and transformation programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, schedules, and performance metrics, and to meet contractual/project requirements, promoting the program throughout the organization and tracking utilization.
+ Ensure that activities follow organizational policies, safety, quality and compliance requirements as well as external regulatory and contractual requirements.

**Your Ideal Background**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, business, engineering, or another related field.
- 8+ years of related experience in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Supply Chain & Operations or another related area.
- Proven experience in a large, matrix and global organization, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects to completion.
- Continuous Improvement mindset and prior experience implementing best practices. Experience leveraging standard playbooks and project excellence methodologies.

+ Develop, implement, and maintain territory Plans of Action based in strategic SMART goals by adopting omnichannel solutions and updating HCP's profiles in CRM data bases
+ Integrate 360 views on account plans contributing to develop Amgen business as a role x-functional model and by developing best practices within Amgen Values
+ Demonstrates to be Territory Disease Expert with deep understanding of industry and healthcare trends, of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate
+ Based on Amgen Performance 4 develop networks and effective long standing HCP's relationships to be viewed as a solution partner by understanding theirs and Amgen needs
+ Identify and seek x-functional support to implement Results-Oriented Solutions or Programs for disease health ecosystems align with budget and POA priorities
+ Continuously develops and improves product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs
+ Initial contract of 12 months that could be extended

**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**

**Basic qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
+ Experience and knowledge of hospital environment (medical specialties)
+ Experience knowledge of "patient & costumer's journeys"
+ Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
+ Experience with multi-channel costumer engagement
+ Fluency in Portuguese & English, both in oral and written communication
+ Relevant local legal qualification
+ Be based in Lisbon or in Alentejo or Algarve
**Preferred requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
+ Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
+ Experience in Cardiology and proved hospital network
+ Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levels
+ Exposure to project management principles
