Thermo Fisher Scientific Language Services is looking for a Quality Check (QC) Coordinator with experience in translation project management to join the in-house Language Management Team.
As a QC Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our translation projects. This fast-paced position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with various stakeholders. You must be proactive and capable of working under pressure to meet tight QC deadlines while keeping a streamlined process.
Essential functions would include:
+ Coordinating and assigning QC requests to in-house or external linguists, covering various languages and countries, and ensuring assignments meet required deadlines.
+ Tracking the progress of freelance QC projects to maintain quality, delivery schedules, and budget adherence.
+ Managing daily communication with QC clients regarding project status to maintain high satisfaction levels.
+ Fostering strong connections with the internal Language Specialist Team and clinical study teams to promote customer delight.
+ Ensuring accurate and consistent recording of QC data for effective business analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Completing all QC project-related administrative and financial processes.
+ Providing support to the Translation Project Management Team.
**Applicants should meet one of the below educational/professional requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies from a recognized institution.
OR Bachelor's degree in another field and 2 years of full-time translation coordination or project management experience (preferably in the localization/translation industry).
OR 5 years of full-time translation coordination or project management experience (preferably in the localization/translation industry) if no Bachelor's degree.
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
Experience managing localized deliverables.
Proficiency with CAT/TMS tools.
Proven multi-tasking, time management, organization skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Power BI and/or Power Automate experience preferred.

**Position Summary**
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for supporting the growth and retention of Service Product revenue across EMEA for the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) Service organization. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Service Sales Representatives, Product Sales, Customer Service, Service Marketing, and internal operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the service sales lifecycle.
The ISR provides commercial and administrative support for service agreements, quotations, renewals, contract management, and sales operations activities. This role helps drive customer retention, contract conversion, and service contract penetration by coordinating sales processes, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer information, and supporting the execution of strategic service sales initiatives.

**A Day in the Life**
You will:
+ Support the Service Sales team in achieving service revenues and contract growth objectives across the BEA business.
+ Manage the complete renewal lifecycle for Service Agreements, coordinating the annual service agreement renewal activities and customer communications.
+ Prepare, review, and manage service quotations, proposals, and contract documentation.
+ Partner with Service Sales Representatives to identify opportunities for contract expansion and customer retention.
+ Assist with the conversion of warranty and Time & Materials customers into Service Agreement customers.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service agreements, quotations, renewals, and contract administration.
+ Maintain accurate customer records, contract information, and sales activities within Salesforce.com.

● On top of building equipment and hand tools, you'll have a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrics and preventative maintenance procedures
● CPO certification - if the hotel has a pool, a Certified Pool Operator license would be ideal
● A reasonable level of fitness - you'll be on your feet most of the day, and will need to bend and kneel a lot
● As well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you'll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language
● Great communication skills, you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to

We are seeking a Customer Adoption Specialist who has extensive experience with building automation systems and/or building management systems.
To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about AEC-O and the transformation that Digital Twin technologies will bring to the industry. You are a relentless advocate for customer needs and have the desire to build product and technology awareness among customers, partners, and stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
+ Establish relationships with our customers and ensure their success in the onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Autodesk Tandem
+ Learn and understand customer workflows and help customers adapt them to leverage Autodesk Tandem
+ Develop Customer Success plans and execute adoption strategies to expand Autodesk Tandem usage
+ Design innovative ways to engage with customers using a variety of platforms to drive adoption
+ Create and deliver a variety of content and training materials to customers both online and in person
+ Partner and collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to translate customer challenges into well-articulated published workflow solutions and best practices
+ Help drive long-term success by working with customers to accelerate their business goals and drive adoption by improving business processes, maximizing technology investment, and demonstrating the benefits of process change
+ Partner with Marketing to procure, articulate and publish customer success stories
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ BA/BS in Technology Management, AEC-O Industry, or similar
+ Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Building Automation Systems (BAS)
+ Experience with Owner/Operator relationship management and project delivery practices
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the built asset lifecycle and BIM
+ 5+ years' experience in customer implementation, support, or equivalent
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to present and engage with both internal and external stakeholders
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and facilitation skills
+ Ability to convey complex workflows coherently to a live or virtual audience
+ Strong work ethic, high quality standards and passionate about great customer experiences
