Position Overview:
The main purpose of the role is to lead cross functional improvement projects focussing on the services provided by the CBS and including new system implementations and continuous process improvement. Projects can be global, complex cross-functional and can span geographies and different specialties (Finance, HR, Transition) and also be managed as programs. The role requires an ability to lead a complete project cycle including the analysis of business requirements, development of business cases, building of implementation and resource plans and leading of initiatives' execution and stabilization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Strong technical knowledge of project management skills, techniques and processes
+ Ability to use knowledge, data and experiences to evaluate solutions and provide recommendations
+ Manage full project life cycle ownership: implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
+ Works to achieve operational targets with a significant impact on departmental results. Works independently on large, moderately complex projects/ assignments. May be responsible for setting day-to-day operational objectives for the team.
+ May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organisation (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) May be required to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures.
+ Responsible for making modifications to processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area.Problems and issues faced are difficult. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience, analysis of issues and guidance from more senior colleagues.
+ Scope of work and responsibility may also focus on strategic alignment, demonstrating understanding of business needs related to projects and making on-going decisions based on what's best for Convatec, even if that means challenging senior stakeholders on critical success factors.
+ Responsible for delegating work and the review of others' work product.
+ Managing projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Sets objectives and priorities for own job to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments. Projects are cross-functional and can span geographies and different specialties (Finance, HR, Transition).
+ Understand interdependencies between different business units and functions and work creatively and analytically drive action and solutions while maintaining alignment with PMO objectives and goals. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
+ Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
+ Support and participate in PMO efforts to develop practices, templates, policies, tools, training and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the Operations
+ Demonstrate a strong collaborative mindset and be able to work with other Project Managers and teams, both internally across functions and externally
+ Effectively communicate with and to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company using a variety of communication formats, e.g. presentations, meetings, reports
+ Self-motivate and self-start to navigate internal processes, develop proficiency with relevant systems, and overcome barriers to effectively implement new materials or processes.
+ Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
+ Display positive drive and enthusiasm with a strong "team-player" mindset
+ Interview users and Business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and produce business specifications for new initiatives
+ Communication conduit between the business and the developers translating requests for business requirements into specifications for development team
+ Provide support for team members in requirement definition and documentation
+ Ensure resource availability and allocation for development, testing, implementation, and stabilisation
+ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
+ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
+ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
+ Create and maintain detailed project documentation
+ Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
+ Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
+ Develop proficiently with company project management tools to manage, track and report on project progress
+ Deliver regular updates or reports on projects for Leadership reviews
+ Deliver or facilitate training sessions in line with CBS PMO strategy
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
**Skills & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a preference for a bachelor degree in a technical engineering discipline.
+ Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager; PMP/PRINCE II or equivalent certification a plus
+ Lean Certifications are a plus
+ Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of relevant tools and applied methodologies.
+ Ability to organize, plan, execute and report independently with clear communication. Team player with ability to work with small complex projects and large cross-functional teams. Ability to manage high-profile, visibility projects. Presentation skills are essential
+ Practical experience in implementing change in a shared service environment in one or more of the following functional areas: Finance, HR, IT, Automation or Continuous Improvement
+ Ability to organize, plan, execute and report independently with clear communication. Team player with ability to work with small complex projects and large cross-functional teams.
+ Experience in leading/managing projects/improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN)
+ Microsoft Office proficiency
+ Data Analysis or Interpretation is a plus
+ SAP experience is a plus
+ Hands-on personality, sound understanding of key business services processes and interfaces
+ Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving - being able to understand guidance and able to determine information needed to resolve issues, manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks

**Principal Contacts**
+ The nature of this role will require the individual to deal with a wide scope of contacts at different levels of seniority within the organization and with global Stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities. In addition, the individual will need to deal with contacts external to the organization and these may be external companies or government agencies.

+ Role may involve occasional travel to other company facilities involved in opportunities to ensure that projects are delivered on-time - dependent on Covid and if deemed safe.

Join us as **Project Manager Clinical Supplies** - To manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials, ensure timely and efficient distribution of trial materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of clinical studies.
We have a vacancy for an experienced **Project Manager** in our **Global Clinical Supplies** team in the EMEA region. The role can be fully remote, hybrid or office based in the country locations listed.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop study specific plans for each assigned project.
+ Meet with internal teams to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations and risks, and update project reports/spreadsheets.
+ Integrate all clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support project logistic strategy and compliance with GxP requirements.
+ Participate in ongoing training on new regulations.
+ Representing the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects and initiatives as per the business requirements.
+ Mentor and guide support junior team members.
+ Participate in process improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain and use existing tools while continuously looking for improvement opportunities.

**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
+ Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).

**Your main tasks:**
+ Directs the proper utilisation and maintenance of machinery and tooling including the scheduling of preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with production commitments. Recommends additions to operations responsibility, new equipment, tools and machinery
+ Ensures that operation budgets are established by departments, changing amounts if necessary and submitting them for approval. Maintains conformance to budgetary limitations in all production departments
+ Is responsible to ensure that production is properly scheduled and allocated, and that personnel, equipment and materials are adequate to meet budget, schedule and delivery dates
+ Manage the team by objectives based on strong KPIs setting and drives down TEOA mindset to the complete value stream to bring plant to the next level of transformation
+ Strong analytical and strategic mindset
+ Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

+ Ensure execution of projects, transitions, or transfers according to agreed scope, timelines, and budgets
+ Support and execute the local operations strategy, aligned with global operations strategy and business growth objectives
+ Maintain a comprehensive operational roadmap in collaboration with cross functional and global partners (e.g. Operational Excellence, Digital, Manufacturing Strategy, Procurement, Logistics, and Centers of Excellence)
+ Champion safety, compliance, and quality standards, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement
**Your ideal profile:**
+ B.S. or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field
+ 8+ years' management experience
+ 8+ years of professional experience, Automotive is an advantage but not a must
+ Proven accomplishments utilizing OpEx and Lean tools/methodologies (Six Sigma BB, Tool Champion, DOE, GR&R, FMEA, PDCA etc.) is an advantage
+ Proven accomplishment in business development is a plus
+ Strong strategical and tactical thinking and problem-solving attitude
+ Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
+ Excellent team builder, with great leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to form successful working relationships through all levels incl. Workers council / Unions
+ Demonstrated ability to motivate all levels of the organization (e.g. Influencer)

**Your main tasks**
General Tasks
+ Responsible for safety and 5S+1 in the Engineering Laboratory
+ Responsible for usage of the test equipment strictly following the TE safety rules
+ Supervises laboratory engineers, defines tasks for lab engineers
+ Responsible for lab documentation according to ISO 17025, automotive industry and TE rules
+ Responsible for planning, acquisition and maintenance of lab equipment and test setups
+ Responsible for lab goal setting, lab KPI tracking and continuous improvement
Specific Tasks
+ Planning of resources according to test requests and to overall objectives for the PE Lab
+ Ensures that all test requests (including project number), test sample data (including materials differing from standard), test conditions and test results are stored in the lab data base (DigiLab)
+ Plans and ensures execution of tests in according to test request, customer and internal specifications
+ Assures test model, sample size and sample preparation are according to the requested normative
+ Selects suitable equipment to assure test scope and test targets
+ Monitors time plans committed for test
+ Performs measurements after test in according to the reference Normative
+ Analyses samples after the test thoroughly
+ Verifies test results consistency before reporting them
+ Keeps continuously updated on customer normative and main international norms for testing
+ Provides timely and effective response and support to both internal and external customers
**Your ideal background**
+ Bachelor / Master of Science in Mechanical-, Electrical-, Mechatronics- or Material Engineering, Physics or similar areas
+ At least 5 years experience of test laboratories
+ Professional experience in Automotive Industry and knowledge of international normative for product testing in Automotive Industry
+ Knowledge of requirements and implementation of ISO 17025
+ Experience with electronic hardware and software design
+ Analytic thinking, effective problem-solving skills and risk assessment methods by using modern analysis and design tools
+ Skills for collaborating in international, cross-functional engineering project teams
+ Good communication skills and technical English Language skills
+ Practical and solution-oriented mindset

We are looking to hire an **Executive Director, General Partner- Biopharma.**
As the Executive Director General Partner, you will be accountable for the strategic direction across assigned developing partnership account(s) working closely with a commercial Group Leader to focus on accelerating the growth and expanding the relationship of biopharmaceutical customers into strategic partnership accounts. This role will provide consultation, direction, and leadership to functional leads and employees to ensure commercial excellence, consistency, quality, innovation and learning across the portfolio of work inclusive of operational and financial targets. Provides an important interface with the client and with other departments internally on all aspects of assigned partnership account(s).
**How will you make an impact:**
You will enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer by helping our clients and sponsors to understand how our clinical development service offering enables them to deliver life-changing therapies to their patients more quickly.
What will you do:
**Relationship Management** : Cultivate and expand deep relationships at the highest levels within the account working in close coordination with your direct reports and other departments. Establish and grow customer loyalty and Customer Delight, including proactively engaging customers with insights on industry trends and potential challenges to position proactive innovative solutions to overcome them. Drive engagement between Executive Sponsor and other senior executives within broader Thermo Fisher leadership to foster deep trust and confidence in CRG's offerings while gaining business insights to accelerate expansion. Make connections and identify new account areas for potential footprint expansion. Build and strengthen client advocacy and engagement at the highest account organizational levels. Establish robust CRG stakeholder management across all business units.
**Account Ownership:** Drive team to achieve target within Clinical Development Services Division and all Clinical Research business units. Expand existing commercial presence to grow account into strategic partner. Central point of contact for internal and external communication across all CRG. Proactively engages and drive internal stakeholders across the TMO organization (CRG, PSG, other groups), direct reports, and business partners (Finance, Legal, Sales, Operational Delivery, Governance) to ensure operational, financial and commercial goals are achieved. Coaches team and is actively involved on proposals and bid defenses and owns partnership pursuits efforts within account. Develop and maintain active account plan and demonstrate progress against planned strategies. Proactively solicits feedback from internal and external stakeholders to capture business intelligence for all account team members to share intelligence, best practices, and drive competitive differentiation.
**Develops Growth Strategies:** Identifies key areas of strategic expansion within account and drives proactive selling across all business units within CRG and across PSG. Collaborates with therapeutic unit leadership to develop strategies and execute against account growth plan with emphasis on enterprise level view. Develops innovative commercial solutions (including commercial constructs, financial incentive structures, operational models) and proactively presents to customer to address existing challenges. Proactively identify and address financial, operational, relationship and quality concerns aligned with customer needs while emphasizing TMO's market differentiation. Develops strong working relationships with internal operational, commercial and finance partners to execute according to plan. Prioritize top revenue generation and maximize to increase market penetration.
**Operational quality and efficiency:** Enterprise champion collaborating effectively with direct reports and operational colleagues to ensure exquisite operational delivery, exceed operational milestones while maintaining expected levels of quality and rigor. Coach Dev Ops and others to proactively address potential challenges and issues while optimizing existing operating models to support more efficient ways of working. Drive incumbency on account,
**Innovation:** Leverage collective relationship to identify customer needs to inform innovation and investment strategies. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the client's market position, needs, and competitive landscape consistently with ability to influence internal commercial, technological and operational innovation to proactively reduce gaps and drive transformation. Deeply understand industry trends to inform clients. Challenge enterprise on client needs to force innovation discussion and application to proactively reduce gaps and drive process improvements.
**Team Management:** Recruit, train, and manage the high-performing account team, including business development and development operations. Foster a collaborative and motivated environment focused on accountability for results, client advocacy and innovative problem solving by providing rigorous oversight, coaching and guidance to maximize individual and team performance using Challenger methodology. Ensure consistent delivery for each business development representative of top-line sales goals and targeted profit contribution. Drives commercial execution excellence. Correctly use Salesforce and enforce all sales administrative tasks.
**How will you get here:**
+ A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is the required minimum education; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
+ Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job comparable to 15+ years; strong preference for experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sales industry.
+ Proven sales history with breadth of domestic geographic responsibility and 5+ years of account management experience. In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Demonstrated success in a similar commercial leadership role that has consistently achieved and exceeded commercial targets.
+ Robust **Clinical Operations** experience
+ **In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry and clinical trial processes** , including regulatory requirements and best practices. Strong understanding of complex technical requirements and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate, cultivate and influence stakeholders across functions and at all levels. Executive presence with ability to build and foster senior level customer relationships.
+ Demonstrates robust judgment, problem solving and decision making; Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking and business acumen to develop effective solutions.
