**POSITION SUMMARY**
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

As a **Front Office Intern** , you will be the primary ambassador of the hotel. We are seeking a highly organized, tech savvy and strategic **Talent Acquisition Manager** to lead our **Back-Office & Coordination** team.

Estamos à procura de um(a) Chefe de Contabilidade / Contabilista Certificado Sénior para integrar a equipa do GA Palace Hotel, no Porto. Este profissional será responsável por supervisionar e executar todas as operações contabilísticas e financeiras do hotel, assegurando rigor, conformidade legal e eficiência nos processos internos. Principais Responsabilidades: Gestão integral da contabilidade do hotel (classificação, lançamentos e reconciliações) Controlo de contas a pagar e contas a receber Processamento salarial e cumprimento das obrigações legais associadas Preparação e análise de demonstrações financeiras e relatórios de gestão Gestão de tesouraria, controlo de fluxo de caixa e apoio ao planeamento financeiro Assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e legais Interação com auditores externos, consultores e entidades oficiais Otimização de processos contabilísticos e financeiros Supervisão e coordenação de eventuais elementos da equipa Requisitos (Obrigatórios): Certificação profissional válida como Contabilista Certificado (OCC) – requisito eliminatório Formação superior em Contabilidade, Gestão, Finanças ou área similar Experiência comprovada em funções semelhantes, preferencialmente no setor da hotelaria ou turismo Sólidos conhecimentos de contabilidade geral e analítica Experiência em processamento salarial Domínio do software Primavera (obrigatório) Conhecimento do sistema Host PMS (valorizado) Bons conhecimentos de Excel e ferramentas de reporting Perfil Comportamental: Perfil discreto, ético e altamente confiável, com forte sentido de confidencialidade Pessoa comedida, organizada e rigorosa, com atenção ao detalhe Elevada capacidade de produtividade e gestão de prioridades Autonomia, responsabilidade e foco em resultados Capacidade de liderança com postura profissional e equilibrada Valorizamos: Experiência prévia em ambiente hoteleiro Conhecimento de práticas específicas do setor (receitas, ocupação, F&B, etc.) Capacidade de melhoria contínua e implementação de boas práticas Oferecemos Vencimento base competitivo, ajustado à experiência e responsabilidade da função Bónus de performance Subsídio de alimentação pago em dinheiro Seguro de saúde Ajudas de custo Integração num projeto sólido e em crescimento Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e profissional Oportunidade de crescimento e desenvolvimento de carreira
