• Utilize extensive software development experience in Java ADF, SOA, Weblogic, Oracle, and SQL to address project challenges effectively.
• Demonstrate deep technical expertise in Java ADF for advanced UI development, SOA for seamless system integration, and Oracle/SQL for robust database management.
• Translate business needs into efficient software solutions, applying software development principles such as best practices, design patterns, and architecture.
• Employ problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of project requirements and smooth coordination.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, coordinating activities for timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Apply project management knowledge to plan, track deadlines, manage risks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Maintain a strong focus on achieving results, working under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver defined objectives.

Perfil ideal

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French (preferred).
• Excellent innovation, initiative, autonomy, and leadership skills.
• Good communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of JAVA programming language (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Oracle tools - SOA, BPEL, ADF programming (preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL including MSSQL (mandatory).
• Project and team management in technological projects (mandatory).
• Functional and technical knowledge of ERP solution IFS (preferred).
