Descrição

Coordinate the activities of the products development within the center of expertise for which he is responsible;

Guarantee the respect of the costumer specifications (understating of the expectations of the Customer), and of the Production and each activity of the product development;

Insure that Product development teams respect the standards of development;

Insure a strong conception design of the products, guarantees the conformity of the performances;

Insure the achievement of the objectives (Cost, Quality, Due date) in his (her) domain;

Coordinate, the capitalization of the knowledge, by integrating standard and generic solutions into the developments;

Coordinate with the Project managers of the Businesses Units, the action plans of conception to reach the goals of the projects and the customer satisfaction;

Develop Project Engineering, New Models, New Product Development, Interface and Assistance in New Business Development and New Strategic Technologies;

Perfil ideal

Degree in Engineering, Product Design, Management or related areas;

Minimum experience of 5 years in project management and leadership;

Mastery of the English language;

Knowledge of design and product development processes;

Analytical ability and strategic vision to identify market opportunities and trends;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

Experience in similar functions in an industrial sector.
