As a Process Engineer, you will:

1. BWS calculations for all products
2. CWS (Direct labor) calculations for current products on a weekly basis
3. Report daily the performance of each product
4. Lead the weekly leveling meeting
5. Lead the interface with MP&L regarding production volume variations
6. Perform and report the five years Manning Business Plan
7. Define and develop line processes for each position
8. Continuously analyze product processes for every operation (e.g., component numbers, cycle times, hourly rates, worked hours, equipment load, people requirements)
9. Be responsible for maintaining process documentation
10. Develop the Plant Headcount Plan according to monthly Plan Book Volumes
11. Create a training plan for new employees
12. Ensure the accomplishment of the Mfg. Specialist (operators) rotation plans
13. Develop changeover procedures
14. Develop processes to control overhead (consumables part) costs at the cell level
15. Ensure the accomplishment of the 5S’s within the area
16. Participate in the ECN’s and Builds meetings

• Degree level qualification in Manufacturing or a related subject
• Minimum of 5+ years as a Process Engineer or similar
• Experience gained preferably within the electronics industry
• Experience in a dynamic industry environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Fluency in English
