Job Opening: Marketing & Partnerships Manager

HOST WISE is a game-changing property management company in Portugal, driven by a passion for revolutionizing the vacation rental and real estate investment sectors.

We connect property owners, real estate investors, tourists , and digital nomads from all corners of the world. Lightning-fast Growth StartUp , we've closed 2023 with promising numbers: Managing over 350 properties (apartments, houses, hostels, guest houses, and rural tourism spaces) With 10M€ of annual revenue , more than 40 talented people, and successfully spinning off Invest Wise and Work Wise .


We forecast to keep growing over 50% maintaining our rapid growth trajectory and launching a new spin-off: Travel Wise .

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Marketing & Partnerships Manager at Host Wise, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities while using marketing strategies to support and accelerate our growth.


Your role will involve a mix of business development and marketing execution, requiring a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to capturing new markets within the tourism and property management industry .

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO to enhance online visibility.
  • Ability to create impactful copy for marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Managing social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn .
  • Experience in sales operations , focusing on lead generation, client retention, and achieving sales targets.
  • Initiating and growing B2B strategic partnerships , with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Managing and processing leads through effective sales techniques and CRM software, specifically Pipedrive .
  • Knowledge & Passion for AI.

PREFERRED SKILLS (Plus):

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tactics and strategies.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and present benchmarking and marketing reports .
  • Prior experience in property management or tourism .

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Proven experience in business development and marketing (3-5 years ), with a strong preference for backgrounds in tourism or property management.

    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in developing new business opportunities.

    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research.

    • Strong communication in English , both oral and written.

    • Excellent negotiation skills

    • Self-motivated, curious, and proactive in driving projects and initiatives.
