What you'll be doing
Managing all Localization QA projects delivered by PTW's Portugal studios
Working closely with peers across the global organization to ensure all projects exceed client expectations
Managing a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators to enable them to grow and develop
Creating and implementing unified processes using industry and company best practice standards
Reviewing and assessing delivery on an ongoing basis to ensure continual improvement
Managing staff utilization, etc. to ensure profitability
Being a champion for linguistic quality
What we're looking for
Significant experience in games LQA testing, preferably in an outsourced environment
Significant experience of leading Localization QA teams
Knowledge of localization and translation technologies would be beneficial
First rate leadership and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a constantly changing workload
Ability to work under pressure and with constantly changing priorities
Excellent
- working and influencing skills
Flexibility regarding hours of work
Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
