In this project, you will be involved with the European stock market area and have the opportunity to work for a leading global trading platform that prioritizes surveillance issues. While the development center is in Porto and all administrative support is in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team spread across various European cities.

Position: Integration Manager

Requirements:

  1. Master's or equivalent level obtained through working experience
  2. Relevant IT education
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience leading an IT Operations department in a large-scale company, where operations were critical and preferably regulated
  4. Broad knowledge about IT operations and ITSM processes
  5. Able to work in complex and regulated environments
  6. Architectural and/or developer background

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and lead the integration team
  2. Responsible for the integration daily operation (2. Line support)
  3. Responsible for the integration maintenance in accordance with new business requirements
  4. Deliver an obsolescence plan
  5. Build and maintain a roadmap for the integration team to support convergence plans
  6. Support similar tasks as for integration team on messaging within SWIFT and MQ when needed
  7. In cooperation with other teams in the department, align with strategy by developing and delivering upon the Strategy
  8. Compose a team with the adequate capacity, competencies, and experience levels to handle the team's responsibility
  9. Ensure the availability and consistency of clear processes, procedures, best practices, and necessary tools for efficient work throughout the team and in alignment with relevant stakeholders
  10. Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of the processes and procedures owned by the team through control and evaluation
  11. Identify, report, and properly mitigate risks concerning the domain of the team
  12. In cooperation with the People department and the employees, organize plans for personal development and responsibilities that can contribute to employee satisfaction and retention
  13. Develop employees through management and leadership to create a performing culture and motivate individual contributions
  14. Ensure proper IT governance for outsourced services with suppliers within the responsibility of the team
