- driven strategy to amplify user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all our markets. This includes fostering a culture of
- centricity and building robust communication channels to keep our users informed and engaged. About the role? Strategy: Own your market by defining your business goals, set bold timelines to reach them and have full financial and strategic control;? Business Growth: Lead the strategic expansion of OSCAR services, ensuring the acquisition of new and engaged users, while retaining our existing customer base;? Operational Excellence: Manage local operations and adapt existing processes to create a user and service
- friendly, transparent and efficient platform;? Team Building: Recruit, lead and develop a
- quality team to ensure the success and growth of OSCAR in Spain;? Regional Expansion: Work closely with the leadership team to launch OSCAR in new regions of Portugal, sharing best practices and local insights;? Market Analysis: Conduct
- depth market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, new services and improvements in the app user experience;? Product Development: Actively search for new features that could improve both our customer and service provider experience on OSCAR;? Community Engagement: Act as a dedicated advocate for OSCAR in Portugal, building strong relationships with service providers, customers and local partners;? Problem Solver: Tackle complex issues and challenges that may arise, ensuring thesmooth operation of OSCAR services. About you? Experience: 4+ years of experience in roles focused on launching new markets, business development, operations or general management.
