LovelyStay, the hospitality arm of Optylon Krea, is a market leading tech oriented short-term rental property manager. We have built an innovative and unique digital platform and algorithm, enabling us to deliver the most cost & time-effective and pleasant experience to both our property owners and guests. We, at LovelyStay, are focused on offering a friendly and quality lodging service to our beloved guests. We look for talented people who have a passion for customer satisfaction and high-end service. We have managed over 150,000 bookings, welcomed 400,000 guests, and generated more than 40m revenues for our property owners. Currently operating 1,200 apartments, we are on track to amplify our portfolio to 5,000 apartments across EMEA in the coming years. Role responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads to convert potential clients into new partners. - Visit properties, meet and negotiate with clients. - Develop b2b and b2c partnerships with investors, brokers, real estate developers, and international agents to establish long-term productive relationships. - Facilitate onboardings of new properties together with the Onboarding Team. - Respect operational guidelines and work together with the hospitality department to find new solutions and develop new markets. - Administer and negotiate contracts and keep all CRM and databases up to date. - Actively participate strategically in the department and company - Perform regular quality control visits or in between reservations (cleaning, maintenance, equipment verification). - Represent the company in welcoming providers, equipment & services & be present during deliveries or maintenance. Requisitos : - Have a degree, preferably in something you enjoyed. - Have experience in a job role where you dealt with clients, either in a sales or account management position - even if we understand that business development is a profile! - Mandatory: Portuguese (fluent/proficient) and English skills (fluent/proficient). - Youre able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and are used to working towards targets. - Excellent communication skills - a good salesperson is a good storyteller. - Self-motivated: has no problem being self-accountable and reliable to working alone, used to working towards targets and commissions. - Problem-solving mindset, strategical thinking, and research skills
