Currently operating 1,200 apartments, we are on track to amplify our portfolio to 5,000 apartments across EMEA in the coming years. Role responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads to convert potential clients into new partners. - Visit properties, meet and negotiate with clients. - Develop b2b and b2c partnerships with investors, brokers, real estate developers, and international agents to establish long-term productive relationships. - Facilitate onboardings of new properties together with the Onboarding Team. - Respect operational guidelines and work together with the hospitality department to find new solutions and develop new markets. - Administer and negotiate contracts and keep all CRM and databases up to date. - Actively participate strategically in the department and company - Perform regular quality control visits or in between reservations (cleaning, maintenance, equipment verification). - Represent the company in welcoming providers, equipment & services & be present during deliveries or maintenance. Requisitos : - Have a degree, preferably in something you enjoyed. - Have experience in a job role where you dealt with clients, either in a sales or account management position - even if we understand that business development is a profile! - Mandatory: Portuguese (fluent/proficient) and English skills (fluent/proficient). - You’re able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and are used to working towards targets. - Excellent communication skills - a good salesperson is a good storyteller. - Self-motivated: has no problem being self-accountable and reliable to working alone, used to working towards targets and commissions. - Problem-solving mindset, strategical thinking, and research skills
