About the project:

As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be to assist our customers with the management of rental car reservations, potential cancellations, and billing and payment issues. Your future project is a company that provides rent-a-car services in Portugal and more than 70 countries and territories.

What you will be doing:

Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionallySupport customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.Attracting potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer needs

Requirements:

Communicative German (must be B2)Communicative level of English language (B2)
